If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went to the store for the very first time yesterday, and bought two disposable vapes. I opened one this morning, and the entire unit was cracked and broken with fluid leaking everywhere. I called the store and asked if they would exchange and they said they would not. I understand that a lot of vape stores have a similar policy however they rule by common sense. This could be proven by looking at the vape. This should be considered theft. They refuse to refund my money they refuse to exchange. Save yourself a lot of energy and hassle and go to Vapes and Glass on military near the Dunkin donuts and Walmart. Not only do they have better prices and a better selection, but they have a loyalty program where you're constantly getting $5 off. And they, unlike this crappy store, will exchange for you without a problem if your vape is broken. That's what I get for trying somewhere new because it was convenient to my location. Never again. Such horrible customer service, and poor business practice. I give them another couple months before they're gone.
Also when I told the associate that I was going to write bad reviews about them, he told me he would just take them down. Do not be fooled by high reviews of this place! They are crooks and frauds read more
