Went in yesterday to look around as I had never been. It's a cool little shop with incense and burners, apparel, little trinkets, vapes, bongs, bowls and more. After browsing for a little while the owner let us know that he was actually closed but we could continue to look. We didn't realize they were closed and apologized and he said it was no problem. We decided what we wanted to purchase and the man talked to us about various thing and was very friendly and helpful. He encouraged us to come back and browse longer in the future. The prices are a little higher than other places but for the convenience of how close to home it is and the friendly hospitality, I would definitely return. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! THIS STORE DOES NOT SELL CBD OIL. THIS GUY IS NOT A PHYSICIAN OR A DEADHEAD. Went in to see if they sell CBD. Instead of saying, no, we don't sell that, Dude sold me something that is the complete opposite of CBD. Me being stupid and not knowing what it actually was walked out with a $30 bag of poison. Person I bought it for couldn't use it. And when I tried to return it unopened he flat out refused. Not even store credit. I wish I would have read these reviews first. Never going back. read more

A good friend recommended this store where I could find Koi Delta 8 gummies. I was not expecting to find the most incredible selection of gift ideas for practically anyone who loves Deadhead items including fun clothing, immense selection of creative glassware for smoking, etc. Honestly it's a must see place, you won't leave without purchasing something just because it's so amazing. Get this- they even have a Deadhead wedding cake topper. How fun and creative is that! Did I mention the humongous selection of incense? Check it out. read more

Wow, I just left Flashbacks Deadhead shop, the owner was yelling at a customer who asked a question regarding some type of detox product. When the customer left the owner called him a jerk and an a-hole while I was there. I tried to mind my own business but the owner was obviously annoyed and felt it was appropriate to tell me why he was right and his customer was wrong. I continued to browse for an item for myself and asked if he carried a steal your face hitch cover for my truck. He never heard of one and started to get disgusted and he was quite rude. The owner was a disgruntled old man who doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I will not shop there anymore and will suggest my friends go elsewhere. Really poor experience. read more

High priced garbage. The old man who sits in his chair. Thinks he can be rude. If he wasn't 80 plus, he would have a serious problem,!

This the 2nd time i buy a product here that doesnt work. I returned less than 24 hours later to exchange it for the same model but one that worked. I was called a liar, blamed for breaking a vapor pen that never turned on for me, told that he is not dealing with me anymore, and left me to deal with manufacturer. The guy is a rude old man and i will not be returning there. read more

As a Boynton local, my whole life, this has been the ONLY store I have been loyal to. I have never had one issue, always been a pleasure to deal with Don's wife, though I could honestly leave him. Today, I had an issue with an electrical device I purchased last week. On top of being told I SHOULD HAVE returned earlier than I possibly could, I was treated very mater of factly, "This worked last week when you got it? Then it worked." My issue with the battery I purchased was that it was not re-charging even though the charger was lit up and showing it was working. [What a concept to think that they could ultimately be aware they are selling a bad batch of batteries and shrug their shoulders when someone returns, because they have no guarantee or basic customer service.] Aside from being less than friendly and ultimately just cheap, Don felt like he was doing an upstanding thing by replacing my $5 charger (that worked, mind you) and sending me away with the (probably just faulty) $20 battery that wouldn't accept a charge. This is the type of business that will get phased out with the rise of this industry because they take their customers for granted and have no loyalty themselves. See ya never! read more

I went to this place yesterday looking for CBD oil. I have Crohn's disease and I read from multiple reputable sources that the product this is derived from is extremely helpful for my condition. Well the owner he was not only extremely helpful in finding the proper product and items needed to help, but showed genuine concern. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and helpful staff/owner. They also have a great selection of various items and are decently priced. read more

This business has been here for as long as I can remember, yet I've only been in there twice and I clearly remember why now. Inventory was okay, shop was clean but nothing special to look at. Prices were inflated and almost not worth the convenience of the location of the shop. The man working behind the counter was borderline rude and offensive and made me incredibly uncomfortable as a female customer. Would have been well worth the drive to go to grateful J's instead. read more

Really friendly staff. Great prices and quality stuff.

Absolutely horrible experience, I will never go back. Sad to write this review since I have shopped here for years and spent a fair amount of money. My brother and other friends also have frequented the shop I would encourage all of them - and you - to never go back. I walked in today and first got yelled at because I was on my phone. I was in to buy a gift for my brother - a glass bowl for his bong. Being unclear about sizes I asked the gentleman (I say loosely) working and he replies gruffly, "I don't know". So I'm looking at the glass case they're in and ask where the less expensive ones are. "I don't know, look at them" he replies, as condescendingly as possible. He shows me one and I go to take a picture of it to send to my brother and make sure it's the right size/will work. He moves toward my phone yelling at me that I cant take a picture. I explain I need to make sure it will work. "That's not my problem" the helpful geriatric across the counter tells me. I plead once more, inquiring why such a policy would exist. He tells me that people will take pictures and then take to a glass blower to have it made. Ignoring how utterly ridiculous this is for a myriad of reasons (not the least of which is, if that's the route I'm going, I can literally find thousands if not millions of pictures of bowls online without get off my couch) I assure him that I am there to make a purchase and promise to buy a bowl once I've verified the correct size. "Not my problem, that's the policy" he shoots back. I will never step foot in this place again read more

Talk about a total flashback ! Very chill vibe , and the owner was very nice! They had a good selection of glass wear, and even clothing if you're into flowy things! read more

Every time I visit Flashbacks hoping to find a specific product, I walk out with the product in hand, even when it's rare and typically hard to find. Great selection and good customer service. read more

Rudest i've ever been treated shopping in a store, the old guy is a jerk, very rude, could't wait for me to leave so he could lock up to get his lunch, or whatever, no way to run a business and treat the people who are there to spend money. read more

Been searching for a great head shop and this place is it. The lady that helped me was super friendly and knew exactly what i needed. Prices are reasonable and loved the old school feel to the store! read more

They are okay with selection of whatever it is you need it for....and Don...yeah, he's kinda gruff...not a bad guy at heart, but definitely not the type suited for dealing with the general public of his clientele. read more

I was not aware that I purchased a broken item and a used item. I went back to the store to exchange for a new unbroken item and a new unused item. Don F-U'd me up and down and told me to get out and don't come back. He would do nothing to fix either problem. This was done with a customer in a store. This man is a loose cannon and clearly was off his meds today. He is a sad desperate ole man. Stay away, unless you wanted to be mistreated and talked-down to. read more
