There are a lot of smoke shops. There seems to be one in every strip mall these days. This place is one near me. I have been in a couple times and today was my third time picking up some incense and such. I walked in and things seemed average. There was a couple other people wandering around and three people working behind their long counter. They sell a lot of products so when first walking in it is a lot of input. The walls are covered and everything else with pipes and holders and incense sticks that it throws me off which way to go even. I've never been greeted when entering. A chill hippie like place usually has some of that positivity going for it . But usually people seem distracted behind the counter. I approached one fell and explained what I was looking for. He was pretty quick about it, if not friendly. Things seemed a little over priced but not by a lot. I got my things and headed-out. If I'm in a pinch again I will probably stop in, but mostly because its close. read more

I've been coming here for years consistently. From incense, incense holders, Christmas gifts, kratom drops, vapes every 3 days, I'm here a lot. Last night I go in to get a vape, (my fault for being on the phone) the new guy at the counter, I've never seen him before gives me my items, vape, kratom drops and gummies, I test the vape and think nothings a miss. I take one step outside and notice the vape taste funny. I walk right back in and tell the guy, this vape is missing the "mesh coil" verbiage and it taste funny. I didn't want to be accusatory and simply wanted a new vape. I explained it tasted off and was missing the wording. I also showed him another vape I just got from them and the difference. He proceeded to tell he doesn't know, blah blah and tried to charge me for another flavor. He never had any intention of helping me or addressing my concerns. My concern was never the flavor it was that the vape I was given was not real or was old! I told him I'm not paying for another vape, I wanted to replace the one I bought 2 mins before. He told me I had already walked out and that's why he had me hit it before I walked out. It was literally 30secs. He had no interest in helping or providing customer service. He walks to the back, which I already knew was going to do nothing! Comes back and says, yea we can't give you another vape because of the flavor..... SMH. The flavor wasn't the problem. The problem was the other 100 vapes I've gotten there say "mesh coil", this one didn't and it tasted funny! I was changing flavor in hopes I would get a real vape. I told him I left another vape shop for inconsistency, he smiles and walks off. What sucks is that I know everyone else in there and have even spoken to the owner. If anyone else had been working there they would've corrected my concern. All staff are NOT the same and the guy working last night, needs to be educated on products AND customer service! read more

We were told to come here by a friend who loves this place so per usual, i check it out on yelp before I go anywhere! I really liked how the owner responds to yelp reviews. We called before to make sure they had a Juul charger and pods which they do! The guy on the phone was nice and made us feel excited about coming to check this place out. The store is organized nicely and all the Juul stuff is at the front where the register is and the tobacco for hookah is towards the back of the store. I do like how the tobacco and all hookah supplies is available for customers to look at and pick themselves because other stores I've Been to had them behind the register. We picked up everything we needed and where on our way in less than 5 minutes. I do think we will be back! read more

UPDATE: So I exchanged my pen battery that I had bought originally with you all. Come to find out, the other pen battery I got in exchange was faulty as well along with the charger. Okay, that's fine. I exchange the new broken one, going to the store for a THIRD time, and this battery I have now is also broken. That is the problem with exchanges because I have to drive 200 miles and spend my time going back and forth to your business only to continually be not only disappointed but pretty upset too and rightfully so. I wasted $$$ on a pen battery that never worked and probably even more money in gas to keep returning there in hopes for a product that works. What is kind of funny too is as I was leaving the very last time, another customer said they had gotten the same battery from you all and had the same problems I was having-- that they kept having to come back and exchange it because it did not work. When this spot opened years back, I didn't know how it was going to go honestly. I was shopper at Heritage on Federal next to the Duck. I'm dedicated to the spots I shop. I was hesitant, but kept coming back because each time it just kept growing, and more heady glass kept appearing. My. Colombian restaurant next door closed and The hookup was my only reason to be in this Plaza, and I have never gone back to Heritage, I don't ever go to Greatful Js. The hookup has a great staff that don't act as cheeseballs, don't make you feel dumb if ya have questions. I spend a lot of time here and have heard many things go off and everyone is satisfied.
