Other than Vapor Shark, BocaVapes is also a great place to get different juice flavors and they are also very knowledgeable about their inventory and the latest flavors. What I really like about BocaVapes is the way they help you. 1.) If you are new, they will help you get started and teach you how to get started. Most of the good places do, since this is a fairly new market and there is starting to be A LOT of competition now. 2.) If you have been vaping for awhile, they will get you in and out quickly if you are going there for specific reasons. They are extremely friendly and I wish I got the girl's name behind the counter, but she was great. Yesterday, she changed my filter, washed out my juice container and put a new filter and filled it with my favorite juice, the Kappacino coffee flavor which I really love. I recommend if you are just getting started vaping or want to quit smoking to start with the regular Tobacco flavor. There are several amounts of nicotine you can choose from to get you started. I believe it goes to 36 milligrams, but I started with 12 milligrams. Weaning yourself off cigarettes is difficult, but I know that when I quit on July 7, 2013 and started vaping, I never picked up another cig. I stayed with the Tobacco flavor for 3 months and went to the coffee flavors. Kapacino is my favorite from here, and Hazelnut is my choice at Vapor Shark. There are so many flavors to choose from , so you can even test them there before you decide. BocaVapes is close to where I work, so it is convenient for me to come here if I need new filters or juice. They are all great places. read more

They do not know anything at this place. They broke one of my clapton coils on a cotton refresh I had them do because I can't change cotton at work. Then they proceeded to blame it on the coils being old, when that is impossible, they were only a week old. They did not need to clean the coils at all, especially when all that was asked for was cotton. If you have a basic pen and want cheap bathtub vape juice, this is your place. I haven't been there personally, I live in DE, so I can't speak to the actual building itself but my brother shops there regularly as he lives in the area. He sent me my start up kit. I loved the honey tobacco flavor so much that I started Vaping much more than smoking. So now that I'm Vaping more I've been checking out other places online to see what else is out there. After years of smoking a pack and a half a day of B&H Ultra-Light Menthol, I finally decided to quit a couple months ago. Knowing about my intention to quit, one of my sons decided to help me by sending me an assortment of juices from a couple different places. After trying a few of them I decided that the ones with the best taste, no throat irritation, and fully satisfying my needs, were the ones from BocaVapes. After almost running out of my two favorites, Spearmist and Menthol 3gs of nicotine and 30/70, I got online an reordered them for the first time. Although I thought I was being careful on picking out the same numbers from the empty bottles, apparently, I picked the wrong numbers for one of them and ended up getting the Spearmist with 12gs of nicotine. After noticing the harshness, I took a second look at the order and saw the 12gs. I emailed them, but not really placing the blame on anyone, just mentioning it. And lo and behold, almost immediately I received a reply from them mentioning the possibility of having made a mistake myself when I ordered. At the same time including the full reorder with the proper numbers, as a one time goodwill gesture from them. I went into the store on a limited budget and the people that were working there literally spent 45 minutes helping me pick out a mod that fit my budget. I could tell they were just trying to help me instead of trying to make money off of me. Once I picked out the appropriate Vape they spent a while showing me all the features and specs of it. I stopped in this place because I kept hearing the name. I have been vaping for about a year now and am fairly knowledgable on the subject. I came in to buy a rebuildable atomizer and I was looked at like I was crazy. The staff didn't want to help me. Didn't want to point me in the right direction, or make any suggestions or advice on the build. Their juice is homemade, which makes me a little uneasy. How can you guarantee it is the same every time? Where exactly is this juice being made? I'd prefer to buy a juice made from an actual juice company who packages it with a plastic seal. Something seems unsanitary about this. To conclude, not many people vape and are knowledgable on the subject. One would think that when someone comes in, like myself who does know a thing or two about it, the staff would want to engage in a conversation or at least be more helpful. Today I went into Boca Vapes to get some supplies for my E cig. There is a sign on the window that said to call the number and they would come outside and road side deliver your products. They insisted I gave my credit card over the phone even though there's many other options such as Apple Pay or cash app and Other means to pay for your goods without giving out your personal credit card information. The two ladies that were working inside absolutely insisted that I give out my credit card number to them however I did not feel comfortable doing so. This in turn made them extremely angry and I finally got them to allow me to use Apple Pay for my purchase which I insisted that they scan through the window because both of the women appear to be coughing profusely. The woman then came out in a very agitated state and told me that I'm lucky that she's here with me and I'm lucky that they're open and she basically threw the item I purchased at my face. I asked her a simple question that if she could come out and deliver my items to me, why can't she use my credit card with the scanner outside, she told me to go f@ck myself. I was absolutely appalled by there behavior and I decided to call and speak to the manager. A woman answered the phone and said that she is the supervisor and she has again told me I'm lucky that she's even allowing me to purchase things from her store she then asked me if I was able to read and told me that I was mentally retarded. I am a disabled veteran that suffers from a Trumatic brain injury I sustained in combat operating in Iraq. I am fully capable of reading however this offended me a great deal because I have many fellow war veterans that are suffering from many sorts of brain injuries that inhibits their cognitive ability a great deal. At no point at any time was I rude or disrespectful to these ladies. I was extremely shocked at their behavior. I've never had an interaction of being disrespected to this level by somebody working at a store. At this point I was a little annoyed so I called back and I wanted to make sure I was speaking to the real supervisor and that it wasn't just the other cashier posing as a supervisor so I looked through the window and I saw that it was the other woman, she proceeded to give me the middle finger and I could clearly read her lips which said "suck my di@k". I will never ever ever purchase anything from the store as long as I live. The level of disrespect that I was treated was unlike anything I've experienced before. She also seem to be coughing often and was not wearing any sort of protective gear so I had no other option but to throw the item I purchased in the garbage due to the extreme negligence that the workers were using there. Both workers were coughing all over e cig supplies that you would put in your mouth. Please for the love of God nobody shop at BocaVapes during this terrible pandemic that we're experiencing or in general due to this outrageously rude demeanor of the employees direct toward the customers. These women were extremely rude and demeaning and I was never treated this way by anybody in my entire life and I will never shop there and I hope nobody else does either.
