I started buying vapes from here when I moved to Boca a few months ago. My last two Geek Bars did not seem authentic. The first one I noticed the button on the bottom was a different color. I thought, okay maybe it's a newer (or older) version. Then I noticed the numbers on the screen were so skewed. The vape would stop working at around 12% battery - you wouldn't be able to pull. And it only lasted me four days..... When I went in to show the workers (who were great but had no authority to help since they weren't the owner/manager) -- I showed them the differences which they clearly could notice. But here's the kicker: we scanned the QR for an unopened box and it came back as authentic. When I opened it, again the numbers were wide, bottom button different. And again, it only lasted me several days. In the first picture you can tell the indents on the bottom differ. In the second picture the vape on the left is the problem vape. I just don't know what the issue is and how it's coming up as a verified vape because something is majorly off. read more

Jay is great. Not only is he extremely pleasant but also incredibly knowledgeable about his products, including always providing info on new or upcoming things. He helped me choose a device that will help me with lowering my nicotine intake, including setting it up and going over and trouble shooting issues that might happen in the future. The worst customer service ever. This guy doesn't know the items in the store and it shows. Ask for a product and he says "I don't know, if you spot it before I do" what? Then he had the nerve to pass judgment on me because I'm black! Never have I been treated so poorly. I won't ever return and you shouldn't spend your money with people like that! read more

I've had nothing but great experiences shopping here! I only come here for my hookah needs so I can't say much on their vape products. Their hookah selection is getting an upgrade soon I believe so I'm so excited! The employees have been nothing short of helpful and they show you all the pieces you're looking for so I was able to see if a piece actually fit my hookah instead of having to just eye ball it. They have great hookahs, accessories, flavors, and pieces. I will say some of their accessories are a little over priced, I found something on Amazon 3 days later for $10 and I paid $49 for the item in the shop but I needed it that day. I walked in to this shop to buy a vape. dude behind the counter starts yacking at me about the wine shop down the street. I shrugged and said "I don't really care, I just want to get a vape". he got pissed off and told me that he didn't like my attitude and that he would not sell to me. what a jerk. so much for the customer being right. I will stick with the Hookup. They are nicer, better stocked and more affordable anyway. As I left the dude gave me the finger. Very disrespectful. i won't waste my time with these guys. read more

I've very disappointed to say the least , I've been to this VApe shop plenty of times and have spoke with the owner as well , he was always very nice and helpful . I went into the shop today and was looking around at some glass, I found A piece that I liked and was ready to check out when I was about to put the glass on the counter it slipped out of my hand , not knowing the kid would charge me for the broken piece of glass that was priced at 6.99 , i asked him to go get me another of the same one . I went back to the counter to look at my total and it's said $14 and some change and i said why is it $14 he then told me that he was charging me for the glass that I broke that cost them less then $3 to buy . I look at him and said really , he told me the owner was already watching the camera and I guess told him to charge me for it . I wasn't going to sit there and argue about $7 . But what I will tell you , as I used to work in this industry, this is the type of stuff that makes you loose business. If you know a customer spends money at your shop and not only that even if it was my first time that's how you treat a customer? It's not like it was a expensive item. I get times are hard right now but pinching pennies like that doesn't help your business. I also understand that it's your policy . But not once did the guy tell me I was going to have to pay for it , I had to ask him . It's unfortunate because a few of my friends go here and unfortunately for them they not only lost my business but a bunch of other people . Just because they wanted to make a dollar off of me. I bought a simple Vape Fume that came defective from the factory that came defective, less than two hours after I bought it I went to ask if they could change it for me and they told me no, that was my problem. This place is not it... make the extra trip and go to an actual smoke shop, they sell fake vape products here and charge you full price for them.. they also close whenever they want and don't go by the store hours that are displayed on the door ! read more
