all the previous reviews should tell you everything you need to know about this place. The ones on google are fake, the ones on yelp are accurate. I went and bought a vape explaining to the person behind the front desk that my vape was broken. I asked her if she had the same brand and they did and while she was chatting me up, she actually took the display one that customers touch and test that was opened and sold me that one. When I realized this, I turned around and went back to the shop within 25 minutes and they would not return it. I got on the phone with the owner of the shop was really rude and threatened to call the police if I did not leave his store. They have a Second location on Glades and Lyons I would never recommend this place ever unless you want to get scammed. read more

I go to the vape shop often since it is in the same place as my work. And I have gotten many vapes from here and never had a problem. I brought a vape today, normally I do not open it right then and there because they always work and I was about to eat lunch since I was on my lunch break. And of course today I finally open it after having lunch and the vape does not work. I go back into the shop and I tell the lady behind the counter that it is not working. She tells me that they can not offer a refund or exchange and that I should of opened it in front of her. And even if I did open it in front of her and it was not working what was she going to do since she just said they do not do refunds or exchanges. So now i am basically out of money for an item that does not work. The other works in the shop are nothing but nice and was the only reason I came into the shop but after today I will never go back into this shop. read more

if you go here, stop. my girlfriend and i went here and when we walked in the "manager" as he calls himself asks us if we need anything because the actual manager was watching the cameras. which was a weird first thing to say. we told him we were looking, i was looking at something and and then the fake manager came up to us and asked if we're gunna get anything then started to kick us out. saying he's not stupid and he "knows what we're up to". we were all ready to pay and he proceeds to tell us to get out. we ended up calling to complain and he said he saw us "slipping" something into our pockets and he needed to review the tapes. #1 don't claim you're the manager if you told your customers "i'm on the phone with my manager". #2 give someone a minute to look around and see what they want. and #3 don't accuse someone of stealing and kicking them out before even questioning and looking over the cameras. very rude and unprofessional. the guy was a fucking jackass. read more

Visiting family for the holidays I go into this store to buy a disposable and was denied service because "I didn't have a Florida ID" I never had this problem anywhere else since when was it a law that you had to be a Florida resident to buy nicotine. Change this policy immediately!!! read more

I live in another state but go to college in Florida, I've been going to this shop for months and today a girl in her twenties, white, dark hair, denied me service. She took one glance at my id, not even my birthday, and goes "I can't sell you this, florida id's only". Never heard of a place denying you service because you aren't from Florida. Horrible customer service. I'll be going to other shops from now on, no other shop has denied a customer for this. read more

This is probably my favorite smoke shop to go to because of the quality and quantity of their items. I drive about 15 minutes to get here but I would do it every time. Usually when I go Jordan is the one helping me and she's very knowledgeable and sweet which makes the experience even better. I will continue to go here thank you guys! read more

Stay away from this place. My wife bought a Smok Q Box vape from here 8 days ago. It worked great for the first 7 days. On the morning of the 8th day the vape stopped working so she brought it back to exchange it. The young lady working the counter had to call the manager/owner about the exchange, and he said he would only honor a 7 day return or exchange policy. My wife asked to speak to the manager/owner, but the woman refused. She couldn't even give out the manager/owner's name for fear of losing her job. This is no way to run a business and I'd hate to see any more good people get ripped off by this place. read more
