She has no patience for the customer and always treats me like and explicitly states that I am unintelligent simply for not understanding her explanations to certain things the first time and ask her to repeat herself. Truly the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service, and she's there every day. The doctor, meanwhile, is fully aware of his assistants behavior (who is the only person you'll deal with). She ignores calls and text messages and often does not return them. ***** She lied to me and told me they cannot legally alter my allotment until it was time to renew, which is 100% false, my new doctor has told me and he can change my allotment whenever. He also gave me 4 ounces instead of 2.5, which Dr. Parzynski's assistant was unwilling to assist me with doing as well. ***** She also refused to explain the MMUR website, how it works, and how to read my allotments. Only place I can ever sa I could give negative stars.
