I started buying vapes from here when I moved to Boca a few months ago. My last two Geek Bars did…read morenot seem authentic. The first one I noticed the button on the bottom was a different color. I thought, okay maybe it's a newer (or older) version. Then I noticed the numbers on the screen were so skewed. The vape would stop working at around 12% battery - you wouldn't be able to pull. And it only lasted me four days..... When I went in to show the workers (who were great but had no authority to help since they weren't the owner/manager) -- I showed them the differences which they clearly could notice. But here's the kicker: we scanned the QR for an unopened box and it came back as authentic. When I opened it, again the numbers were wide, bottom button different. And again, it only lasted me several days. In the first picture you can tell the indents on the bottom differ. In the second picture the vape on the left is the problem vape. I just don't know what the issue is and how it's coming up as a verified vape because something is majorly off.

I believe he said he is the store manager. Justin registered me and then gave me lots of information on what he recommends. After speaking w/ him in the front of the store he took me to the "store" and that's where Tyler assisted me. Tyler is awesome. They are all so friendly. I felt she was judging and lecturing me about applying for the card rather than helping me through the process. At one point during the appointment she made a comment that felt more like an insult. I will remain a customer for vape docs merchandise, but will be looking for a different doctor to see for my follow up every 7 months.

Recently switched vape shops and doctors and having much better experiences. Cindy is one of the meanest people I have met in my life. She has no patience for the customer and always treats me like and explicitly states that I am unintelligent simply for not understanding her explanations to certain things the first time and ask her to repeat herself. Truly the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service, and she's there every day. The doctor, meanwhile, is fully aware of his assistants behavior (who is the only person you'll deal with). She ignores calls and text messages and often does not return them. ***** She lied to me and told me they cannot legally alter my allotment until it was time to renew, which is 100% false, my new doctor has told me and he can change my allotment whenever. He also gave me 4 ounces instead of 2.5, which Dr. Parzynski's assistant was unwilling to assist me with doing as well. ***** She also refused to explain the MMUR website, how it works, and how to read my allotments. Only place I can ever sa I could give negative stars.
