Omg I love this place! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and funny! I helped the guy today pick out a hat that he was ordering on line and he asked my opinion. The first hat was YUK but the next one was fire! My point is that the employees engage with the customers! Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say that if this was a store that wasn't selling a product that sold itself, it would be out of business. I've had multiple issues with this location. The worst service I've ever encountered. If you place an order online expect to wait anywhere from 3-18 hours for it to be ready. The products are average at best. If you get a pre-rolled, expect it to burn right through the side. The TruPods usually give out with still 1/4-//2 cart left. The only great flower they get is the Black Tuna which they rarely have. Every time I come it seems like any requests I make are an inconvenience to the staff. There's so many dispensaries in the area now (Cannabist, Suterrra, MUV) there's literally no reason to use Truelieve anymore. Today was my last visit. read more

Ok, yes, call me a fool. I had no intention of ever returning to this Trulieve location. However, on Veterans Day I received an email that said 50% off flower to Veterans. So I thought, well I might as well try to get some 9 lb hammer one last time. I told several people before I went in, "I'll bet they won't have it." Now keep in mind, I believe Trulieve owns the strain. I'm not aware of a flower shortage. But foolish me, I gave it a shot. Based on my previous reviews, you can probably guess what happened. Of course, they didn't have any. As I said before, it's always something here. I will say it for the last time, I will not be back. Oh, and just a piece of information. You will notice in a previous review somebody in the company reached out on here and asked me to contact them. I tried. No response. They have no interest. I've always had problems ordering online for pickup. They almost never have what I order in stock, and to make matters worse, the product I prefer is never listed online, even when it's in stock. Fortunately, I discovered I could do walk-ins and find what I'm looking for after I arrive. Unfortunately, I just discovered that they're putting walk-ins at the back of the line, letting people who ordered online skip in front of me. I won't be going back. There is no reason to with competitors nearby who know how to treat their loyal customers. read more

Wow I just have to say this has been my favorite location for a long time but that change today when I checked on online and apparently there online isn't working .. I didn't receive the message as usual that I would be texted when I can come in so I came in to let them know I don't think I'm receiving your messages and he is like no we will send you a message it's about 45 min wait I said ok I'll be In my car then about an hour later I get a message saying I have been removed from the list so I went inside and he is telling me at the Fromt well we tried to call you and text you and I told him that's why I came in earlier cause it's not working he told I then had to be out back at the bottom of the List which is another 45 min and he said he would go to the back to talk to someone literally put me the tenth person or more down after I waited over an hour her made me sit here and wait another 45 minutes this time I had to stand inside and wait to make sure the domt remove me like wow I can't believe this right now I'm so aggravated and annoyed read more

So the person that contacted replied back to my review and asked me to email them. I did that over a month ago and still haven't heard from anybody. So I gave Trulieve a seventh attempt at purchasing product by delivery since they make you wait forever. I got a text message saying it was going to be delivered. Tuesday, never showed up. Called said I will be out Wednesday, never showed, so I called so they said Thursday. So I just canceled my order. Folks, I have a much better customer service, people that actually care and quality products from the following dispensaries Curaleaf, Rise, MUV. Don't waste your time with truly if they don't call you back, they don't care about your business, and they think you're just gonna wait and take poor customer service. Awful place to be when you don't feel well. Long waits in a bright, clinical waiting area with loud music playing. The first time I visited I left with my head spinning from all the seemingly irrelevant information I was given. We were also frustrated by how long it took to get out of there. Since then I have placed 2 pick up orders with them. Neither order was able to be fulfilled as they did not have the medicine I had ordered online. Even the same day. This never happens at the other dispensary. Very unpleasant. I do not recommend this place. read more

Beyond fed up with this place. I have placed numerous orders on their site for specific items. Never do they call and tell me they are out of stock and I get there and they tell me that they have nothing I ordered. Having chronic pain, I rely on a couple of products from Trulieve. If I could find them elsewhere, I would. Trulieve is the only dispensaries where I actually get aniexty from the thought of having to go there. Any other dispensary, no issues and in and out. With Trulieve, even their express takes 45 minutes. ( this happens all the time). And when you get back there, chances are they don't have what you want. The people are just rude and don't care. Some of us truly need these meds to thru the day. This is not limited to one store and it is clear that it is a management issue. I have been coming to this location for over a year now and have never had one complaint about the quality of product or service given at this location. I have been a frequent customer of many local dispensaries trying to find one with the right products for my needs, a staff I felt comfortable talking with, and deals that are most beneficial for my finances. It doesn't matter who I am assigned to in terms of sales people, I always have a delightful conversation and leave with great product and a smile on my face due to the awesome staff! I love this location but another bad bud tender giving me false information. Casey or KC however you spell her name is not a kind, or patient employee. She came off so rude when I asked her about the tree they had. She gave me attitude like really I gotta go look for this. Also I was a walk in. But the worst part she said that they cannot combine my credit and my discount. When I went in today and asked a manager if I could and he said yes. She shouldn't be working with people. I placed an online order at 2 and received a text at 4 that it was ready for pick up. I arrived at 6:30 and informed the receptionist that I was there to pick up. After waiting 30 minutes I inquired as to how much longer. She then informed me that I would need to wait an additional 15!minutes. 45 minutes to pick up an order ready for pick up 2 and 1/2 hours earlier. When I contacted customer support they were of no assistance. They informed me that 45 minutes is a usual wait time. read more
