When I got there, the door was locked. I called the number on the door and it was answered by an auto attendant for Cana MD. It said it was transferring my call and then hung up on me. I tried three times never got through. I finally called the number on the website and told them about this completely inconvenient situation that I was in and said if you want to continue with my business, I'm happy to reschedule with a new doctor but I want this consultation to be free. They said they can't do that so it's time to find a company that actually respects the customers that go to them.
