I've always chosen Rise over other places because the quality is great and, until recently, the staff has always been kind and helpful. Today was completely different. I called ahead and explained that I do not currently have a car because I was in an accident, and that I was waiting on a Lyft to get there. I was told they would stay open and help me. Then, when I arrived and was literally pulling up, the employees saw me and ran out of the store to their cars. I understand businesses have closing times. What I do not understand is telling a customer you'll wait, being rude and passive aggressive on the phone, and then leaving while watching that customer arrive, especially after I explained my situation. The way this was handled was beyond disappointing and honestly disgusting. Since the previous manager left, the customer service at this location has noticeably gone downhill. I have always loved Rise, but today made me feel completely disrespected as a loyal customer. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not how frequent customers should be treated.

One of the times I went was at the beginning of Covid and you couldn't go inside. Liberty was the first dispensary I went to that had their curbside pickup running smooth. I only had to wait 10 minutes in my car for them to bring me my order. My most recent visit was to pick up an online order. They had a mega discount and I was happy that everything was in stock. I was second in line outside because the inside was at capacity. The gentleman that monitored the outside crowd was very friendly. Upon entering, I had a short wait for them to pull the order. The man that rang up the order was also very friendly. They do accept CanPay which is so convenient! The inside is large than expected with a large waiting room. It was very clean and bright inside. I like that they had a chalkboard menu because they could just erase items as they went out of stock. During these weird Covid times, it's nice to see that they are adhering to the social distancing and mask requirements. Their prices are comparable to other dispensaries and their quality is great! They do offer a lower cost option for flower, but that doesn't mean the quality is effected. I like the variety and the different tiers so if you want to pay a little, you can!
