Have to say, for all the dispensaries in FL, this one takes THE LONGEST. have at least 30 minutes on hand for walking in. Always 10 people in lobby, 2 people working. Insane for such a WEALTHY company. Also, sure they have good deals, advertise discounts, but nothing adds up, and the deal items ARE NEVER IN STOCK. Have a brand new dispo across the street gives great deals and takes as much time as a drive thru. Will honestly take all my money elsewhere from now on. Oh, also if you walk in forget being in an actual "line" because everyone picking up just goes ahead. No matter "checked-in" or what. Had 3 people come and go before I was acknowledged. read more

To hear the manager asked me to reach out again after I've reached out 5x already asking her to call me is extremely disappointing. Also the fact that she is standing by the fact that the dirt on my medication is a normal thing caused by conveyor belts... dirt is dirt. My dad Wayne is a popular patient here, he is an old man who recovered from multiple stroke and heart problems. He is hard of hearing and has other underlying health problems that make it difficult to communicate but the employees are always more than happy to help. They go above and beyond to meet my dad's needs and requests. The staff are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I strongly recommended this location if you'd like to build a friendly and awesome relationship, especially compared to other Trulieve locations, where they have been quite rude and non-empathetic. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity and accountability from the management team tonight. I had an issue with being double charged, and instead of resolving it properly, the manager brushed me off and took a shortcut. Because of this, I had to spend hours on the phone with customer service--three separate times--trying to fix something that could have been handled in one step. Even worse, I wasn't given the full credit back for the error and had to pay additional atm fees. This situation was completely avoidable if the manager had taken responsibility upfront and did the process correctly. Very frustrating experience. read more

I've been to other locations and they were nice and professional. This one however not so much. The heavyset girl who I guess was the supervisor, was rude. I asked her a simple question about when they were going to get more stock, and her response was snooty, like she was on a power trip or something. Then I stated that on the web site I applied points that weren't showing up on the order, and she acted like she was doing me a favor by honoring it. Clearly, she didn't have much experience in customer service or as a manager. With so many options in dispensaries, why would I ever go back? I won't be. Horrible experiences over the last several months. The early check in for online purchases at this location is a joke. Despite receipt of the message stating you are next in line for online pick up .... varies depending on check in at the store where I more than often get informed the system did not update so they will kindly add me to the list where you then have to wait just like a walk in. What I notice is a poorly run check in system at the West Boca location or simply favoring others in line. For example last night the check in clerk favored her friends over customers that had an early check in. The customer service has been declining (noticeably) at this location specifically the last 6 months. When the West Boca location 1st open ran like a top, now I won't go back.... After contacting the customer support to advise of my experience last night, it quickly became apparent the mindset of customer service may reach through the whole organization as the individual consistently stepped on me as I was trying to speak... cutting me off to make his point and cover up for poor service and went on to bash other organizations stating Trulieve has the best products, which may be true, but when you treat customers like crap they don't want your product. I provided a solution and the individual offered 10% off my order. He refused to understand I was disrespected at the West Boca location and wanted assurance of a better experience if placing another order. Who has time or should have to deal with such behavior.... After all we are picking up medicine not soliciting a hard time which is what the West Boca location more often than not seems to accomplish quite well. I was informed a district manager will follow up sometime next week. I won't hold my breath. Been a customer since 2017.... And thinking maybe it's time to explore other dispensaries as the solution as it is clear Trulieve is comfortable treating patients however they deem suitable. Erica M. I really try to avoid coming here at all costs but living in Parkland it makes it difficult to justify driving the extra 10 minutes to Liberty Health Sciences. There have been a lot better discounts recently so it makes it even harder to stay away. However every time I come I'm never out in under 15 minutes. There's always a wait whether there's anyone in the waiting room or not. Today however I walked in to a full waiting room of 10 people and I almost fainted. It's insane how quickly Liberty Health handles lines super efficiently and people are sitting for 20+ minutes before even being helped at Trulieve. To add, this hasn't just been my experience at this location, Deerfield is just as bad. Every time I come here and sit in the lobby for 15+ I think to myself I could have already had my order from liberty and been on my way home. read more

I've been to this location 3 times in the last 6 weeks. Every time I found the products I was looking for and at fantastic prices. If you catch them on a sale you can save big $$$. Everyone there was nice and very knowledgeable. On a Saturday afternoon I waited 15 minutes and the other 2 visits were weekday afternoons with no wait. Can't imagine a better experience. read more

Got there 20 minutes before closing hours. There was 4 other people in the waiting room and they told me and an older gentleman who walked in with me that they could not take us because they were going to close in 20 minutes. To me this is very rude. I've worked at dispensaries before and we take everyone who walks in before it is closing time, turning away customers is just a bad business move. If you (as an employee) are worried about having to stay later because your store gets busy before close, that's on you. you shouldn't turn away people because it's getting close to closing hours.
