I'm not the type to leave reviews on places, but I absolutely had to for Vapor Shark. Genuinely one of the best places (not just vape shops) I've ever been to in terms of customer service and general atmosphere. Everyone that works there is beyond friendly and extremely knowledgable on the products they sell. I've been trying to quit vaping and they've helped me every step of the way with figuring out my options. I had an issue with my device today and was fully ready to shell out $40 for a new one. Instead, when I came in, they let me know of possibilities that may have been causing my issues, and replaced it free of charge. I genuinely look forward to walking into this shop every time I need more juice and would honestly go out of my way just to hang out at the shop with the guys. I have went to this vapor shark location for at least a couple years and I'm actually just in my car getting ready to leave now to go home and like usual every single person that I have dealt with has always been beyond helpful and very friendly not one time in over two years have I even seen anything but the best customer service you could ask for and I'm pretty sure that I've said this in a previous review but in February 2023 I was in a pretty good car accident was in the hospital for a while for a week or two and when I got in the crash I lost my vape everything I don't even know where it ended up. My wife came here and got another one. They said everything up, and if you vape and your anywhere around Margate Parkland Coral Springs Fort Lauderdale, you would be a fool to go to any other location because I can guarantee you you will not get better. Bought a mod from there. The normal guy I have seen there wasn't there so another guy helped me out. I'm new to vaping and trying to transition to cigarettes. The problem was the mod i picked out should've never been recommended to a newby, way to strong and burned the hell out of my throat. To be fair, The guy's in the shop are very friendly however I think he was just looking for the sale. I wanted to exchange for a less powerful or adjustable device but I guess they have a no return policy on devices, even though I only had it for 30 minutes. Basically the device was a waste of my $. I have been to a lot of vapor stores in the area and I must say this is by far the best in town. This review is not a review based on vapor shark but based on this particular location. The staff at this location are extremely nice, helpful knowledgeable about the products. The service they provided me was above and beyond. No words can describe how wonderful my experience was and has always been at this location. I've been coming to this location for awhile now. I purchased a target kit the other day and it wasn't working properly. I brought it back and without hesitation they replaced it for me. I know other vapor locations do not stand behind their product like these wonderful people do. They are not the cheapest place in town but not the most expensive. I will tell you that you can't put price on service. Becoming a customer at this location is becoming part of their family. I travel 30 minutes and pass many other vapor stores to shop at this location, it's well worth the drive every time. read more

I rate this Vapor Shark location 5 stars, more if I could. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. With so few companies left in the world that are customer centric, it's (literally and figuratively) a breath of fresh air to shop here. All of the flavors are neatly arranged on the counter for you to try out, and John helped us to a couple of mouth pieces to get the ball rolling. I won't drag on, but I have to commend the staff on their true effort to get people to quit smoking cigarettes. Just incase you're ever running late and need to make sure to get your nicotine fix, just give John and the staff a call and they'll gladly hang around for an extra few minutes to make sure you don't go back to the whacky tobaccy.
