Walked in today (and pretty much every other time I've bothered going) and it's the same story: ZERO help anywhere in the store. Every single regular checkout lane is permanently closed, forcing you into the self-checkout gauntlet where half the scanners don't work properly anyway. Need help with an item that won't scan? Good luck--there is literally no one around who cares enough to assist. The employees (what few are actually on the floor) just cluster up front like they're on permanent break, staring at their phones or chatting, completely ignoring customers waving produce or asking basic questions. It's like they all collectively decided "this isn't my job" the second they clocked in. The shelves? A joke. Always, always out of the most basic organic items--organic chicken breasts, thighs, you name it. Half the time the cooler looks like it was raided days ago and never restocked. And don't get me started on the produce. They slap the "organic" label on it, charge a premium, and then give you limp, bruised, half-rotten fruits and vegetables that look like they were picked last month. I've thrown away more moldy berries, and slimy greens from this store than I care to count. For "farmers market" prices, you'd expect at least decent quality. Nope. Management? What management? I've never once seen a manager on the floor, addressing the chaos, restocking, or even pretending to care that customers are walking out empty-handed and furious. The whole operation feels abandoned. I'm done. There's a Whole Foods literally down the street that actually staffs the place, has cashiers when you need them, consistently stocks what they advertise, and sells produce that doesn't make you question your life choices. I'll happily pay a few extra dollars for competence and basic customer service. Avoid this Sprouts location like the plague. One star is generous--should be zero.

This market in the Plaza Delray screamed "Italy is here"! The giant meatballs covered with cheese…read moreat $10.99 per pound stole the show and drew me into the wrap around display cases filled with traditional Italian home cooked meals like Spaghetti Marinara, Veal Milanese, Chicken Marsala and Chicken Francaise. One of the staff members offered us wine samplings of Bellini Cipriani, which of course we accepted and it had a wonderful sweet peach taste. Next to the bakery was a double steel pizza oven with a variety of pizzas on display and a whole pizza or per slice option. The slices were only $3.00 and above average in size so I ordered one as a kicker before dinner. They cut out a slice from a whole pizza and slid it into the oven for a few minutes. Went outside to the patio with the steaming hot slice and sat down at one of the tables as the west sun was burning the back of my neck. Visually, the NY style slice was covered heavily in cheese and did not look overly inviting but tried to be optimistic. I took my first bite with no undercarriage crunch and not a good start. Furthermore adding to my disappointment, the sauce was bland and the cornicione was only lightly crisp. Sharing some with the wife, it was far from the anticipated zesty garlic taste we were hoping. Hey, you cant win them all.

Everything feels elegant yet welcoming at the same time. The products looked incredibly fresh, and the variety they offer is impressive. There was a good crowd when I went, which added to the lively and pleasant atmosphere. The clientele also seemed very friendly, which made the experience even nicer. I didn't try any prepared foods during my visit, but I did purchase a few items to take home. Prices are definitely a bit higher compared to Miami, but honestly, the place itself is part of the experience. It's worth visiting just to see it and enjoy the ambiance. Would absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. PS by the way, the variety of flowers is incredible

Today, Valentines Day was highly marketed, did a nice job all around the store... tastefully done. Flowers looked amazing. Was early, so enjoyed seeing the Prepared Foods Counter where everything was new, in it's place.. took some pics. I have to say, their Fresh Squeezed OJ, while expensive, gets my vote for the best I've found sold anywhere. Really impressive! Love this Whole Foods!

We come here for the staples--organic air-chilled chicken, fresh fish, crisp produce--and somehow always leave with a "surprise guest" for the closet. The staff? Absolute gems. They're cheerful, knowledgeable, and have that rare quality of looking like they actually enjoy being at work. It's contagious. My toddler's highlight, of course, is strutting up to the Customer Care counter for their free fruit basket pick--because nothing says "power shopper" like chomping on an apple in aisle three. And let's talk temptations: the toy aisle is a siren song for little ones (and sometimes for me, if I'm honest). But hey, I'll take toys over candy any day. That said, the chocolate aisle is worth a slow stroll--hidden treasures, fun imports, and vegan chocolates that can hold their own against any fancy boutique bar. Ambience-wise, Whole Foods is clean, bright, and just the right amount of busy. Once you've mapped out the aisles, it's a quick in-and-out mission. Yes, prices can be steeper, so we play the "what's worth it here vs. what's better at the co-op" game--but the experience here keeps us loyal. Bottom line: Whole Foods makes grocery shopping feel less like a chore and more like a weekly foodie adventure!
