This is by far one of the WORST vape shops I've been in. Let's start. I don't LEAVE REVIEWS AT ALL. For me to take the time and actually write one is that bad. All of the Puff Plus Bars Are trash. I'm very pleased with the customer service provided by the employees at The Hookup, they were very easy to shop with. There are probably 6 shops like The Hookup closer to my home but I'd pay more and go out of my way to not deal with arrogant customer service reps or places selling off brand products for over the cost of name brand, much to my suprise the guys at The Hookup gave me a better deal then i would have received online. Best smoke shop I've been to yet.. I love how they are open until midnight! They have lots of cool and interesting things ranging from decently priced to insanely expensive. They have some amazing custom pieces. (these are the more expensive ones) The staff are super friendly and great at helping explain what things are and how they work. They also have a wide variety of papers.. I was there last week for some holiday shopping... I went in there to buy these 24k gold rolling papers. (Stocking stuffer lol) Those papers are stupid expensive at $15 for 1 paper.. When I told the guy about it he immediately showed me they had a gift set which came in a nice box with like 5 different things for $40... Then they showed me a gift bag they had just made that day. This also had quite a few things for only $30. Needless to say he sold me on both and I left happy and super thankful for the awesome service! read more

The Hook Up in East Boca Raton is a great shop with hookahs, vape accessories, and displays a plenty filled with quality glass from tons of artists. There were pieces of all size and function including works by Sovereignty, Toro and Mothership, and even crazy pendants by Rose Roads and the like. They we're running a sale when I was in, the day after Black Friday, and the owner who answered a ton of my questions was very knowledgeable and honest about his recommendations. I checked out this new smoke shop to purchase a G pen. Their prices were pretty high and I should of shopped around a little. I ended up purchasing the GPen for $100 plus a $25 upgrade. When I got home I realized the box had already been opened and there was no instruction manual. I look up instructions online and tried to charge the device but it was not working. The very next day I returned to the store with the receipt in hand but the owner informed me all sales are final; no returns. The previous day when I purchased it an employee said I could return it as long as it had never been used. The owner said that employee was new and I could "take it up with him if I wanted." The owner literally laughed in my face, I was shocked. Please do not shop here, you will get ripped off, there are no returns or exchanges, and there is zero customer service... read more
