Unfortunately I could not give zero stars. I have been going to vapor rocket for years, I was one of their first customers. Vapor Rocket was the only vape shop I have been going to since I gave up cigarettes. I have always found their staff and former owner to be very reputable and seemed to actually care. I have never purchased any juice but from vapor rocket, I used to love their homemade house juice. I spent over 150.00 on the 8th of April 2021. I bought a huge bottle of house juice, 2 boxes of coils, 3 boxes of disposable tanks, then another 2 boxes of disposable tanks for the nord 2, plus a another nord 2 for back up. I opened my nord 2 put everything together to have it make a weird noise when pressing the button. The disposable nord tanks also kept popping out of my old nord 2 device which is less than a month old. I went into vapor rocket to express my concern on the new Nord 2, the guy behind the counter said it was the smoke noise I was hearing, I told him that I that my other was not making that noise ,he told me it was a manufacturer defect and that there was nothing he could do for me. All my disposable cartridges for the nord 2 was not working because my old nord 2 device ( less than a month old) was garbage. I have been vaping for years, and been going to vapor rocket for years. vapor rocket customer service and their products have gone down hill. (depending on who's workin) tonight I went in, bought my usual $100.00 worth of stuff, I don't even think the guy rememberEd me as he didn't offer me a discount like usual, and he gave me the wroNG ohm pods.. second time this month. As one of the other reviewers stated they run a shady business. I was in in town from Texas and found them on here. After visiting another shop in town and not very happy with their knowledge and service I decided to come here. I purchased the ego twist starter kit and was pretty happy... until I got back to where I was staying and had a look on their website. Not only did they charge me more but didn't give me a wall charger (which is still listed online here http://www.vaporrocket.com/single-protank-vv-900-kit/ a month and a half later). When I went back to the shop and asked the guy about it all he said is he knows but the owner hasn't done anything and refused to make it right saying he can't even after I pulled it up on my phone. He then proceeded to tell me it works out to the same after shipping. I wasn't buying it but hey what can I do. So in the end he handed me 2 coils and I went on about my day. Bought at saint lucie location. First guy I had didn't seem to have much experience and explained that my charger for my other one would work. I went back for new charger. The only compliment I can give this store, is its a big store and its nice. However their product doesn't reflect. Their juice is not my first, second, or even third stop. In fact, I'd rather vape juice over seas from china and wait 2 weeks to receive it then drive 30 minutes down 95 to purchase juice. The owner is convinced he has a "winner" on his hands however, I feel his product is cheap and overpriced. If his prices were marked down, and wasn't ripping new comers off on a one time sale it might be a different story. Vapor Rocket, How can you have repeat customers if your juice isn't up to the industry standard, your starter kits are 150.00 on something that costs you MAYBE 25.00. I'm all for making money, but I feel your all wrong. I hope you turn it around, but I don't see you lasting very long......Oh yeah, when you put down other stores to try and glorify your sub par product to the person who walks in whose never vaped a day in their hoping to kick analogs and live a more healthy life, may only drive that person into visiting the "other" guys next time to realize how much better the "other" guys store is. read more

Was referred by a family member and purchased many items online as this was my first experience with Vapor. I absolutely love the juice flavors and enjoyed so much better than e cigs. My first battery didn't work and it was replaced as I had a family member walk in the store to exchange for me after calling twice and no response. Then both my tanks leaked and I sent them back. A week later my new replacement battery stopped working. After spending $200 plus I am now down to one "Vapor Rocket" and smoking cigarettes again as it takes so long to charge. If you are looking for inexpensive hobby vaporing, this is the place to go. If you are a serious Vapor user, the juices are great but, not one of the original products I purchased 6 weeks ago still works. Went to a new product a friend was using and very happy 2 months later. All my products are working as well as day one when I opened package.
