Whoever the guy is with the messy hair in a bun is by far the most unpleasant person I've ever dealt with at a vape store. I have came in well over a dozen times to this store since the ownership changed and EVERY time he is the one working, I have a bad experience. He says sideways things, he is aggressive, and has the worst attitude. I have been telling my girlfriend for a while how he always comes across as rude. Well I brought her in to get juice about 2 weeks ago and sure enough he said some sideways, passive aggressive thing to us. I never leave bad reviews based off an employee because usually it's just someone having a bad day. But this guy is such a jerk. I went in last night, 2/3/2020 around 9pm because I lost my vape and needed to get a replacement. As soon as I walk in, I go to the case and start looking at some options. I wasn't even looking for 5 seconds before he aggressively asks "Do you want something?" and I said "Excuse me?". He follows up with "Like are you going to buy something?" and I was so taken back that I couldn't help myself but to say "Yeah, obviously I came here to get something." - then he says "Well a lot of people just come in here to look and don't buy anything". I have been shopping at this store for 6 years. THIS SAME EMPLOYEE has sold me HUNDREDS of dollars worth of vape stuff since I come in pretty frequently. EVERY time, he says some rude comment. I don't know what his deal is, but he is a total jerk. I wouldn't write this review if I had any plans on ever shopping here again. Your employee lost a customer who has consistently purchased vape stuff for many years now. I live downtown and I stop in to buy stuff a lot. I don't mean this lightly when I say that I would rather get in my car and drive to a different store than have to deal with that jerk ever again. I'm new to vaping and have visited a lot of stores trying to figure out what is best for me. The first time I visited downtown vapes I automatically like the store for its down to earth feel and its artistic decor. What made me turn in to a repeat customer was one of the employees named Chad. This guy knows his stuff ! He answered all my questions, recommended different set ups and even took the time to help me find a juice, drill holes in my gauge and change my cotton which is not easy. chad your the man and I thank you , for that I only shop at downtown vapes. Downtown Vapes is easily the greatest vape store I've been to so far. Their friendly staff combined with their incredible house blend liquid makes for a unique experience. The assistant manager, Henry, is a breath of fresh air when it comes to retail shopping in west palm beach. He was extremely friendly, offered me a coffee, and when it came down to picking out a vape, he held my hand through the process and was able to get me a set up that suited my needs. I've been to dozens of vape shops from West Palm Beach down to Ft. Lauderdale and Downtown Vapes is the best in the business. The product knowledge and on-site mixed juices can't be beat, but what really sells Downtown is the service. The associates are the most helpful I've seen anywhere, and you can usually find one of the owners behind the counter, passing along new products and juice flavors to try. I've been in here a few times. I really do like the shop and the selection of juices is really good. All the juices are on shelves and batteries right there with them and they are all very organized. Hey Great little place! My husband and I stopped in, enjoyed the atmosphere and the girl that helped us, well, she was awesome. Great flavor selection too. They not only have a ton of their own flavors but they even carry some others, even ones I've never heard of before. Like the one from Washington, that was cool. Downtown Vapes is an actual VAPE LOUNGE!!! Eclectic atmosphere mixed with a knowledgeable staff. As for DTV's liquid- Solid product with multiple flavors to chose from. My favorites are Alien Throat Punch, and Smurfberry Cupcake. read more
