I used to honestly love ordering from them. Before the new management company took over, I always received my orders on time and rarely had an issue. With the new management it's been a mess. I order online and never get tracking anymore. Trying to reach a manager or get any answers seems almost impossible. I have been a customer for over five years now and this is now just a frustrating experience... If they are out of stock, you aren't made aware. I placed an order on the 7th and it's now the 19th and still haven't received it. After I called they said they are out of stock and don't know when they will be getting more... I had a pleasant experience the last time I was in, even with a bad back. The brunette was very friendly and helped me with anything I needed. I picked up some liquid kratom for the first time and it has been so effective for my inflammation. The cost seems normal for a vape shop, as I bought another tincture somewhere else for the same price. They have a loyalty app, too, which is really nice, so you save when you sign up. I think the reason why this has five stars is because rich people and first time vapers, that don't Vape, go to that shop and have nothing to compare it to... Whoever the guy is with the messy hair in a bun is by far the most unpleasant person I've ever dealt with at a vape store. I have came in well over a dozen times to this store since the ownership changed and EVERY time he is the one working, I have a bad experience. He says sideways things, he is aggressive, and has the worst attitude. I have been telling my girlfriend for a while how he always comes across as rude. Well I brought her in to get juice about 2 weeks ago and sure enough he said some sideways, passive aggressive thing to us. I never leave bad reviews based off an employee because usually it's just someone having a bad day. But this guy is such a jerk. I went in last night, 2/3/2020 around 9pm because I lost my vape and needed to get a replacement. As soon as I walk in, I go to the case and start looking at some options. I wasn't even looking for 5 seconds before he aggressively asks "Do you want something?" and I said "Excuse me?". He follows up with "Like are you going to buy something?" and I was so taken back that I couldn't help myself but to say "Yeah, obviously I came here to get something." - then he says "Well a lot of people just come in here to look and don't buy anything". I have been shopping at this store for 6 years. THIS SAME EMPLOYEE has sold me HUNDREDS of dollars worth of vape stuff since I come in pretty frequently. EVERY time, he says some rude comment. I don't know what his deal is, but he is a total jerk. I wouldn't write this review if I had any plans on ever shopping here again. Your employee lost a customer who has consistently purchased vape stuff for many years now. I live downtown and I stop in to buy stuff a lot. I don't mean this lightly when I say that I would rather get in my car and drive to a different store than have to deal with that jerk ever again. Nice spot to vape and hang out. The store has a lot of space. Definitely a vape lounge. House juices are good. Picked up some Pebbles and Alien throat punch with menthol. Chad and Liz were very helpful. Lots of regulars pass by to stop and talk shop. Juice is made when you ask for it which is nice. Only thing I would recommend them changing is the height of the juice tables and possibly consolidating the two vape tables into a dedicated juice bar where people can sit and try out the flavors instead of walking from one side of the room to another. read more

If I could give this store half a star, I'd gladly do so. Purchased a gas mask, completely made out of plastic, for $80. Tried going back to return or at least get some store credit because the item wasn't functional AT ALL, & no one even cared to help. Got nothing besides a loss. I'm tired of their bs excuses, they knowingly sold me an item that they knew didn't work & I wasn't given any help whatsoever. As a first time customer, I think it's extremely disappointing & wouldn't ever care to step foot back into that store. Especially since I work close to the area. Utterly disappointed by the service.
