I had been buying from ecigempire for a few months, their prices are very good and use to have good aervice. Now they seem to be out of stocks on everything, shipments would be posted but not delivered they would generate new orders not give the tracking number and deliver late. My last order with them was 5 double packs ok f twisted lemon, no problem there and 1 bottle of baked 100 azul berry which I've ordered before. This was so steeped and the flavor was disgusting. I tried to return it, they refused. A 12 dollar item that was clearly aged to long. They don't guarantee their products he said he lost a customer over a bad bottle of juice. This is not the same company I am used to dealing with. Buyer beware I've seen this befor with other companys read more

Good selection and Best prices in vapor products compared to any local shops near me. I've never been to the brick and mortar store, I've always used the website for super fast delivery and hassle free service. Little lacking in the hardware on the website but no big deal. read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered juice on the 7th. It'll be the 15th in an hour and a half. AND I paid $6 for shipping. The link to the route app says it hasn't shipped yet. I don't know because I've received no response from my emails. Possibly a scam. Back to regular supplier/free shipping and always receive within 48 hours. Only used this company as my regular company hasn't gotten this new flavor in. They do now. Just received a juice from them today as I was out because this company let me down. Obviously USPS is not to blame since my other supplier, who is further away, delivered quick as usual. Never again. Consumer beware. read more

Ordered over $100 worth online for the 2 day and priority shipping. After waiting a few days I contacted them and they said it had already shipped and to wait until the next day for the tracking number to update. I did this on 3 separate occasions on 3 different days and was told the same thing. It wasn't until I asked them to check that they figured nothing was sent and told me it would be sent out by the end of the day, which was also not the case it took them another 3 business days to send out. They finally shipped it out over a week past my purchase date. It would have been much better had they been upfront with me in the beginning. Pros: Fast response Cheap prices Cons: Poor communication read more

Bought a 120ml bottle online. Received it and it has an expiration date of 6/2017! It's 5/11/2017, why would a company be sending their customers a 120ml bottle of liquid that expires in less than a month! I won't ever buy from them again. Emailed them about it and just got a response basically saying "well it's not expired yet". Bad business choices. read more

They have awesome customer service and great affordable prices. The staff and owner are very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect first vape for myself, I definitely recommend checking the warehouse out or checking out their website! read more

Prices are low and so is their..... well everything that goes along with being a respectable business. They can't ship to the correct address and they take weeks to ship out your order. It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order with them, which they said my order had been shipped the same day that I made my purchase, this is my last time using this site. I would rather pay a higher price and know that I'm actually getting what I paid for. Oh and good luck getting any response from them. Buyer beware! And for your response, my address was correct! You shipped it to a person with a similar name, 600 miles away. This was not my first go around with said company, but is my last. read more

I have purchased from their online store a few times. Today, i went to their actual store location and i was just amakimized on how much stuff they had. Everyone is on their feet working. Since they ship orders constantly, these guys do not slack off at all. They are also really cool if you need help. Prices are unbeatable and they're local. Realg of fajpao1qly impressed with these guys. The only thing they needed are pricing on shelves but if you pull out your phone and go on their website, you can find it there or just ask one of the guys. read more

These guys are the best. i've never been in their brick and mortar store, but their website is my one stop shop, i won't shop anywhere else. i don't have to go to my expensive, creepy, awkward local vape shops anymore (sorry, guys.) and get rippppeddddd off from them. I don't have them saying "OH HEY GIRL, I SEE YOU HAVEN'T BEEN IN IN A WHILE, WHERE YOU BEEN? GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE? OOH YOU REALLY LIKE THIS FLAVOR HUH YOU REALLY GO THROUGH IT HUH TRY THIS BROWN SUGAR HONEY SPICY MILK FLAVOR I LIKE, EVEN THOUGH THAT'S NOTHING CLOSE TO THE FLAVOR THAT YOU BUY EACH AND EVERY TIME." and then pay $30 for a 30ml bottle. I've been shopping with E Cig Empire for almost a year now and they have the BEST prices on juices, mods, batteries and accessories, they have FREE shipping that is LIGHTNING fast, i mean it almost always comes the next day! And the customer service is awesome. They reply right away, they're kind, and understanding. I was disappointed that they were out of stock of my favorite flavor and they assured me they'd make sure to restock and keep it in stock, and you know what? They have ever since. They're the best. PLEASE NEVER CHANGE!!! read more

If I could give it less than one star I would I ordered three bottles of juice totaling 60+ dollars which gave me free shipping. I ordered 6 mg of the sour patch testing juice and two bottles of the blueberry donut juice. Upon receiving my order two bottles of blueberry donut Juice were 0 mg. After contacting them and asking them for a return label to swap it out I was informed I would have to pay the shipping myself. I am in a treatment program and cannot leave even after explaining such it didn't matter. I've never encountered a company unwilling to send a return label especially for somebody who brings repeat business I will never order from these people again ever. Not the smartest businessmen because when you're in treatment trying to get off drugs all you do is Vape. So I will find another supplier. read more

I have made several online purchases and have yet to be disappointed. The ship super fast I ordered on Friday and my items were sitting on my doorstep on Monday. That's fast. They have become my go to, to purchase all my husbands vape liquids. Their customer service is empecible. They were outta stock online of something. I emailed them they added more to their website in minutes. I purchased 4 bottles of Ruthless since it was back in stock I went ahead an order 3 more bottles of Ruthless and a few other ones I thought my husband may like. Since he's particular of flavor profiles. I'll only be buying from here from now on. Keep up the excellent service and I'll keep returning. read more

I came with my boyfriend to pick up juices because their prices are unbeatable. I ended up getting my own mod!!! I picked up the IPV d3 with an Aspire Cleito tank. It is friggin amazing!!!! They let me try a different mod but it wasn't to my liking. Instead of making me buy the kit I tried they let me pick up what I truly wanted. Thank you so much to Amhad and Cameron!!! Also shout out to the other guys I forgot their names. Great customer service and even better PRICES! Love you e cig empire! read more

Honestly this is the way to go folks! Great pricing and fast shipping. Order came quickly and correctly and shipping was free with an over $50 order. I will absolutely be ordering from this site again. 100% legit and easier and less expensive then going to your local vape shop. read more

Unbeatable price and service!!! We accidently found their website and decided to stop by their physical shop to check them out. The guy who helped us knows very well his stuff and made great recommendations with clear opinion for each product and reason for it. He explained with passion, not only for the sale I mean :) we are beginner and have come to other shops with great reviews, but others are not comparable to this one even for the service or the price. We are happy to buy there and even more happy when we get home cause their prices are the cheapest (even in comparison with other online shops). read more

I barely write reviews. But the online store experience is amazing. Im not even going to go to vape shops anymore as with new devices draining my ejuice, tired to keep going to random vape shops nearby and paying so much for so litte. I ordered yesterday with standard delivery and it arrived today before i even got back from work! Flavors are amazingly priced especially the naked line. Definitely , have become a loyal monthly customer today! read more

Best prices and has a lot of juices. It looks little from out front but when you walk in and go to the back it's really big.

I shopped from their online store. There was a problem with shipping but they sent a whole new package. Fantastic customer service and unbeatable prices to boot. read more

Always get great pricing and customer service from this establishment. A+++ who wants to pay retail when wholesale is around the corner.

extremely disappointed with this company I ordered some juice over a week ago and the expected delivery date was January 11th and its January 14th and its still not here. it says its on its way to my city which its been saying for 6 days. I will NOT be ordering anything from this website anymore. read more

I ordered for this company and there was a fraudulent charge with my purchase so buyers beware

ORDERED 5 120ML OF JUICE AND THEY NEVER SENT OUT MY PACKAGE. i called usps to verify they recieved my package as it had been stuck in waiting to recieve package and nothing, took over 6 emails and calling 3 times for them to send it out. they deliberatly lied to me saying they sent it to me the first time but that was not the case. usps told me they cant send a package if they havent recieved anything. ecigerette empire.com will lie to you saying they sent it when they in fact do not. be prepared to make alot of effort to get your juice, this will be my last time experience with them read more

LOL let me tell you this company has the whole "customer service" aspect twisted. First you'll place your order and you'll pay extra for 2 day shipping and then they will cancel your order WITHOUT TELLING YOU, on top of not refunding you. This happened to us today and its definitely not the first time we have had problems with this company not getting our orders out on time. We called the company to see why exactly they stole from us and the "owner" of the company, Jim, was not understanding of why we were upset and even went as far as to call my boyfriend an asshole and tell him that we were not allowed to shop there anymore AFTER THEY STOLE OUR MONEY. He then proceeded to hang up on us. Do not order from here, they are THEIVES, and will do absolutely nothing to remedy problems that THEY CAUSE. There are better quality more wholesome and understanding Vape shops out there that anyone would have much better luck with. read more

Shipping was the worse thing known to man, had a big order paid for fast shipping I'll see it in a week.

Order online twice from them. Both times the package was shipped in under and hour and I got it 2 days later. AND they have the best prices around. These guys are the tits. read more
