Hard to hear the guy who mumbles so low and asks like you're bothering him if you ask a question. Bought a disposable that wasn't even in its packaging like they sold a sample pipe!! Went to tell them they said ohhh no exchanges read more

Awesome deals, and a great place to get what you need. The staff is super helpful. I was a day late for a sale, but they still let me have the discount. I love this place. Skip is the man!!!!! read more

Not the place to go if you are looking for somewhere that you can know & trust to sell you products that are compatible with one another - especially considering their "NO RETURNS, no exceptions" policy. When spending nearly $100 on a brand new tank here, I expected the staff to sell me replacement coils that were compatible with the tank. I trusted that the salesperson was knowledgeable of the products sold here & could properly supply me with what I needed. What a shady way to make $18? & I'm expected to return to purchase the correct ones? read more

I am giving 2 stars not because they don't have what I need but the fact that the customer service sucks. Dude always acts like I am interrupting whatever it is he is doing in back of store. Like it wouldn't kill you to smile a little bit and at least act like you're happy a customer is there to support the business and help you in making a paycheck. I wouldn't have said anything but it's every time I go in. The dude that used to be there was rock solid and friendly and this review would have had 5 stars but unfortunately not now. Remember in customer service you are the face of the company and how you treat customers is everything. read more

My fiancé is Kendalyn C. I went in after her comment and showed The employee her yelp review and the owner's response... he said well he's not the owner so he cannot help me!! He said if my woman was told or found out that they we're not compatible together that she is a liar!!! I'm fuckin amazed!! All I wanted was coils that work for the tank I purchased!!!! I came receipt in hand and proof of the review from the owner saying he would make it right.... I'm baffled, never ever been treated like this... read more

Went in looking to kick cigarettes to the curb and was helped by a friendly guy, name slipped my mind. I was looking for something that would last a while and produce a nice amount of vapor, he recommended a Joytech eVic-VTC Mini, which has been amazing for the past few days I've owned it. Was very affordable at a little over $100 plus $12.99 for the juice. He recommended a juice called TNT-Ice by Time Bomb and my god it's amazing. This place was nothing but friendly and was told to come back anytime to have him teach me all about my ecig. Will definitely come back when it's time to upgrade my rig. Thank you vaporice! read more

Vape +Smoke Shop - Joytech eVic-VTC Mini, very nice e cigarette very affordable at under $100 - Vape Shops Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Every time I go in to the Thunderbird location the staff is super friendly. John is normally there and I have had zero complaints. If anyone has negative feedback for this location it is clearly something they did because every person I have had an interaction with has been fantastic. Highly recommend. read more

Posted a google review too and I usually don't do reviews but I felt this bad after going here. First and last time I ever go into one of these shops. I went to the location on 49th and immediately looked at like a piece of meat from the "manager" who was working there. I've never felt more uncomfortable in a vape shop ever. He was more interested in drooling over me then giving me the answers to the questions I asked not to mention how messy and dirty the shop actually looked. Will never go back to any of these shops. If you're a pretty female I don't recommend going here unless you like to feel uncomfortable. read more

I love this vape shop!!!! They have everything I need. The juice selection is fabulous, they only pick the best to sell. Very helpful staff. This is my new vape shop read more

I love this place! I come here with my friends all the time. They have good deals. Their staff is so chill. You must come

I love this shop! I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience here that it's hard to write a well-rounded review. Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get all of my questions answered no problem, from juice selection to technical coil information. The vaporista (unfortunately can't recall her name) was quick to give me suggestions and help my find a solution for the problem I brought in. Plus their prices are reasonable and they've got just about everything you can think of in-stock. Cons: smaller juice selection than I've seen at previous shops, but comparable. Suggestions for management: compile all of your flavors, descriptions, and nicotine levels in some sort of organized catalog. Lots of manufacturer-made flyers/product cards that are hard to easily "flip" through. read more

D.j helped me out, really nice guy. He drilled my tugboat RDA so cleanly. They have a large selection of juices and drip tips. Since they do free drilling I ended giving him a $3 tip. read more

Vaporice has the inventory that you're looking for, at the prices you're wanting to pay. The owner and all of the staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and they sell you what you need, not what is the highest price. 10 out of 10 would come back again. read more

Very unsatisfied I purchased a battery charger from them that did not work I came back to return it they would not refund they only wanted to exchange and I found a better one for the same price so I didn't want to exchange it and after they said they couldn't refund I asked if they would do store credit and they wouldn't even do that I will never be coming back here. read more

My husband and I came into this store looking for something to start him out. This was a new endeavor for us and we knew nearly nothing about vaping or how to get started. We walked in and were the only customer in the store so we were helped right away... the person helping us (we did not get his name) we super informative and explained to us exactly how to start the process and everything that we would need. He suggested some juice and equipment to begin with. 3 days later the battery was acting funny, would not hold a charge... We took it back and it was replaced, no questions asked! Overall this was a great experience. They have all of our future business. read more

You always take the poor reviews with a grain of salt. And good ones for that matter! I can only speak towards my experience as someone who has been to countless vape shops. The individual that helped me was on point with their attitude and willingness to help me get the right vape setup instead of the newest and most expensive. Price was absolutely fair and I bet if I had any issues, they'd be willing to take care of it. Will definitely return if/when I'm on that side of the valley. read more

I went to buy a puff bar extra and it's in the same packaging but it's not the same. They're trying to sell us some booty ass puff bars since distribution in the us has come to an end. If you want a puff bar don't go here. This some black market poop ass shit read more

Don't enter this building! Steal your money and will not exchage brand new devices that do not work even when you have your receipt! Crooks

They sell the most horrendous nastiest worst tasting house juice I've ever had. It tasted like silicone and made me actually throw up in my mouth. They would not do a refund. Will not be going back here. read more

This is the only vape shop I go to, has everything I need, Timebomb juice is my go-to and they've always got my coils in stock. They just opened a new location on 51st and Olive, give em' some new business, you won't regret it. All the locations are great, I've never frequented a business where I feel like a "regular" but I do here. The employees are friends and be even the owner is awesome, he takes care of his customers and is always at his stores. Love, love, love this vape shop. read more

Went in to get a new vape stick and the guy in the store wasn't knowledgeable, helpful, or friendly at all. I don't like buying from people with this type of attitude toward customers. I love to support local small business but won't support this place. read more

I love this shop! They have all the best liquids and the employees have always been amazing. Nick help me switch from a box mod to a mechanical and walked me through the entire process. Good shop. Great service. Knowledgeable people. In and out happy every time. A good go to shop for any vape related needs. Gotta try the juice selection. They have a lot of options to choose from and you basically can't go wrong. read more

Nice, helpful Staff! I went in last month; the place was still under construction! (Literally, there was a Guy laying Tile!). There were 2-3 customers ahead of me & it did take a bit to get service, but when it was MY turn, it WAS MY TURN! The guy, literally acted as if no one else was in the Shop! He taught me how to use my "starter kit" & invited me back with ANY questions/concerns! I haven't had ANY problems & I will DEFINITELY be going back! read more

Only the second shop I visited after starting to vape. The guy working was friendly and helpful. He directed me towards flavors to try for all day vaping. Store was clean and not too busy. He answered my questions and treated me like we were old friends. Been back a couple times for more juice. House juice has good flavor and value. I will continue to visit for juice and other vape supplies. read more

The guy was really helpful. Recommended very tasty liquids you have to try the MISFIT it tastes exactly like Trix cereal :)

Always fantastic to come here. D.J. and Mark are always amazing and help in any way they can. Love this place! Juice selection is of decent size and hoping that they will carry more soon. read more

Great shop! I am new to vaping, the guy behind the counter was kind and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. He set me up with a great starter kit that I am thoroughly pleased with. Other customers in the shop where just as helpful and kind. 4 stars only because they could improve the lounge and decor a bit. read more

This is my go to shop when I need juice. The house juice is great the flavor and quality on point. The prices are great too. Most other shops I've been to are still selling ejuice way too pricey. They always have my coils as well. I'm very happy with this shop as well as Vaporice Peoria. I haven't been to the Phoenix location yet but I imagine it's the same. read more

Way to expensive! FYI people you can buy a brand new vape on ebay for 1/2 of what they charge, probably vape liquid as well. I have not bought the liquid on line yet, but I know it will be way cheaper then spending 17.00 for 60ml. read more

The employee made me feel dumb for asking questions. It was so dirty, and I had to wait forever for service. I only saw one employee and he was rude and I saw him giving stuff away.l have shopped in your store before but not again. read more

Not impressed with this place or the guy behind the counter. I asked him what brand of oil did not contain distilled water. He said "probably the organic one because it doesn't have any chemicals" (Apparently distilled water is a chemical now). So I checked out a bottle of the "organic" oil and first thing I see on the label is the California cancer causing chemicals warning. First ingredient listed: distilled water. Ehh...I bought some anyway and it was awful. read more

Horrible customer service. And their batteries are no good. The first one I bought I was told to go home and charge it all night then it would work I did so and it still did not work got them to exchange it after a 5 minute argument.
