I am giving 2 stars not because they don't have what I need but the fact that the customer service sucks. Dude always acts like I am interrupting whatever it is he is doing in back of store. Like it wouldn't kill you to smile a little bit and at least act like you're happy a customer is there to support the business and help you in making a paycheck. I wouldn't have said anything but it's every time I go in. The dude that used to be there was rock solid and friendly and this review would have had 5 stars but unfortunately not now. Went in looking to kick cigarettes to the curb and was helped by a friendly guy, name slipped my mind. I was looking for something that would last a while and produce a nice amount of vapor, he recommended a Joytech eVic-VTC Mini, which has been amazing for the past few days I've owned it. Was very affordable at a little over $100 plus $12.99 for the juice. He recommended a juice called TNT-Ice by Time Bomb and my god it's amazing. This place was nothing but friendly and was told to come back anytime to have him teach me all about my ecig. Will definitely come back when it's time to upgrade my rig. I went to the location on 49th and immediately looked at like a piece of meat from the "manager" who was working there. I've never felt more uncomfortable in a vape shop ever. He was more interested in drooling over me then giving me the answers to the questions I asked not to mention how messy and dirty the shop actually looked. Will never go back to any of these shops. If you're a pretty female I don't recommend going here unless you like to feel uncomfortable. read more

I love this shop! I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience here that it's hard to write a well-rounded review. Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get all of my questions answered no problem, from juice selection to technical coil information. The vaporista (unfortunately can't recall her name) was quick to give me suggestions and help my find a solution for the problem I brought in. Plus their prices are reasonable and they've got just about everything you can think of in-stock. Cons: smaller juice selection than I've seen at previous shops, but comparable. Suggestions for management: compile all of your flavors, descriptions, and nicotine levels in some sort of organized catalog. Lots of manufacturer-made flyers/product cards that are hard to easily "flip" through. read more

My husband and I came into this store looking for something to start him out. This was a new endeavor for us and we knew nearly nothing about vaping or how to get started. We walked in and were the only customer in the store so we were helped right away... the person helping us (we did not get his name) we super informative and explained to us exactly how to start the process and everything that we would need. He suggested some juice and equipment to begin with. 3 days later the battery was acting funny, would not hold a charge... We took it back and it was replaced, no questions asked! The individual that helped me was on point with their attitude and willingness to help me get the right vape setup instead of the newest and most expensive. This is the only vape shop I go to, has everything I need, Timebomb juice is my go-to and they've always got my coils in stock. They just opened a new location on 51st and Olive, give em' some new business, you won't regret it. All the locations are great, I've never frequented a business where I feel like a "regular" but I do here. This is my go to shop when I need juice. The house juice is great the flavor and quality on point. The prices are great too. Most other shops I've been to are still selling ejuice way too pricey. Not impressed with this place or the guy behind the counter. I asked him what brand of oil did not contain distilled water. He said "probably the organic one because it doesn't have any chemicals" (Apparently distilled water is a chemical now). So I checked out a bottle of the "organic" oil and first thing I see on the label is the California cancer causing chemicals warning. First ingredient listed: distilled water.
