While I miss my employee discount, I am all for supporting small businesses so they can keep their doors open. We are new to the area and tried to see if there's a vape shop around to help me get coils and e-liquid in versus ordering online. They're conveniently located on the main road to the military base, and have a private parking lot. I decided to speak with Next Level Vaping No.2 to see if they could get some coils for a newer product out on the market. I understand that after Chinese New Year, how hard it is to get the coils for newer products... Justin, the manager, and Brittany, have made my transactions with the company go with ease. They both formally greeted me into the store and helped me see if any product currently on the market had cross compatibility. Unfortunately that was not the case. However, what came next was truly outstanding. They reassured me they'll do their due diligence to find me the coils for my tank, and let me know when they typically expect shipments weekly. I also asked if it was okay if I hold my daughter (minor) while I do my transaction in the store. They were very accommodating and said as long as I'm not hanging out while bringing a minor in the store, bringing my daughter along would not be an issue. Thank you so much for going over the company's policy and reassuring me that I can still do business with your establishment on days I need to bring my daughter along with me. I tried calling today for an update on my special order, and I'm so happy that my order came in before the weekend! Thank you Justin and Brittany for the warm welcome and making do business with you guys so easy!

My recent post did not get posted, so I like to let you know about last night. When I buy PODS for the FOGGER I get 3- get one free. Great deal and no problem paying the price increase. However I was told I am unable to replace a DEFECTIVE PODS. I was told that needed to report it within 24 hours. I don't go thru 4 PODS in 24 hours. If that the policy then no sense getting the deal and it's a 50/50 chance of hoping all work.. So I guess $18 I just threw away. I buy with honesty and would never try to JIP your shop. So I left with dishonest. I hope this reaches you as I am in search of a better Vape. If you like to see my STAR REWARDS be my guest.

When I went to go return it and get a swap for another one, the manager said "all I can do is 20% off your next purchase". Let me get this straight, a product that YOU guys have on your shelves made me sick, and you don't have the courtesy to even swap me out for another one? Greedy shop managers will do anything to pinch their pennies, even invalidate a long-time LOYAL customer. I've been shopping here since before they opened this location and this is the FIRST time I've ever asked for a swap, not even a refund, but a SWAP. I feel let down, as I've been a LOYAL customer and must have spent well over $1000 at this location alone, and they couldn't even swap out a defective $45 product. P.S - I use this product every day and know everything about this product ie. Safe use, dosing, etc. I know that what I was feeling was NOT normal with this product and with the dose that my wife and I used.

Family owned business and the couple will be celebrating 16 years of business. WOW!…read more I went in here to look for more eliquid for my mod (vape). They didn't have a huge selection -- maybe one shelf of an entire case. The couple both welcomed me into the shop. They have tried to bring vape products in but since they are vape shops that only deal with vape, they haven't had much business with this in their business model. The lady was so kind to help me find at least something within what I was looking for. What really wanted me to purchase from them was their eagerness to help me and even explain why they have a smaller selection. They also asked me for recommendations on brands to check out! Which means a lot as a customer. Businesses thrive because of the way they treat their customers. Thanks for the warm welcome and trying to help me out!

From the moment I walked in, they didn't let me feel overwhelmed with their huge selection. Mike or Garrett are very good at walking you through the whole shebang if you're new to vaping & not being condescending simultaneously. The shop's selection is unparalleled. They have a vast array of nicotine free vape products, Salt or non salt nicotine juice, and accessories out the wazzoo. They cater to both beginners and experienced vapers. I was thrilled to find some good salt nic flavors, and a caveman friendly battery. Something I hadn't seen anywhere else, and their prices were very competitive. What truly sets Mike and Garret apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I tend to come in lifted from time to time & they are more than willing to answer all my off topic questions whether it is about their favorite animal, their products, or just the day itself. I have NEVER felt unwelcome in this shop, which is not something i can say for every head/Vape shop on the mountain. I happened to break a pretty niche Banger size (8mm) & they hooked me up way faster than anything i could've bought online. For $15 they picked out a better shaped nail of better quality quartz on a bargain. Shout out to Mike for his eagle eye on the best banger on a budget!! The shop reminds me of going over to my homies house who just happens to own a vape & small glass store. Great place to hang out and chat with someone who is a consumer before a merchant. They even have a beautiful & comfortable PHub-esque casting couch you can sit back & try the flavor you just got or the disposable you picked up to make sure she rips. (Never picked up a dud disposable here but they always mention to try in store before you leave just in case.) I've been to almost every vape and smoke shops in the big bear area, but Mike and Garret are hands down the best. Whether you've been around the block or are a complete greenhorn, this shop has something for everyone. I come here for the excellent customer service, a wide selection, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it your best stop on the mountain. I get greeted like a old friend instead of a walking dollar. That is what makes me keep coming back to them over any other shop. I can't recommend these guys enough, and I'll definitely be returning for all my glass & vape needs. If you're in the area, don't waste your time anywhere else besides their sister shop at 42011 Big Bear Blvd 92315. That location is more central to the village & is pretty central to Big Bear Lake. Y'all never disappoint!
