The workers here have strong morals and a good set of ethics. Instead of selling me delta 9 or something that would have had thc , they said they would order cbd only products for me and they DID. I can't express how much that means to me that they wouldn't just sell whatever to make a few bucks. These are great people that work here. Now I'm even trying the nicotine free vapes and they are super careful with that too. Many years ago I also "had a medical marijuana card". It doesn't surprise me that this shop wouldn't sell thc to a minor ( under 21), even if they could technically possess marijuana. You have to go to the proper places for that. This shop follows all the laws and they go above and beyond. I can't believe someone posted a negative review. Not cool or fair. I've been coming here for over a decade and they always either have or will get what I want. Puffs and puffs 2 are the best in town and probably in 100 miles. Checking out this shop is a must. Just don't be rude and be a little discreet. Don't incriminate vendors with your own agenda. Before you leave a mean review , ask yourself if you're just throwing a tantrum. I needed plastic mouth pieces/tips (to be absolutely safe) for my hookah, as I intended to share at a local music festival, and had a rather unpleasant experience getting them at this tobacco shop. The person who helped (I believe it was actually the owner but could be mistaken) was irritated as he couldn't find the mouth pieces, and helped several other people while I waited patiently. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by finding them which was mildly annoying, and put the nail in his own coffin when he rang me up for 20 of them (cheap little plastic pieces) at a dollar a piece! I've never seen someone ask over 25 cents per piece. I think sometimes you have to realize that the nicer a place looks, the higher the prices you pay. Is it worth it?

Third after getting the cigars I wanted( the sign says buy 5 cigars get one free) he told me that I couldn't choose the cigar I wanted for free that I could have the lowest priced one for free. That's not want the sign said so that is false advertising, and all they have to do is change the sign so people know. I have been going there for about a year and never had a problem, I choose the five cigars I wanted and get one free. I don't want to shop at big name stores that's why I shop at local businesses to keep them a float but not when they are like this. Needless to say Don't shop here, not only is their customer services skills lacking but they dictate the rules after you made your choice while following the signs they made about how they are selling their products. Imagine you go to the grocery store and have to remember the prices of the goods you want to purchase and then, after reading the sales signs, they change it as you get to the register after you have done all the work. They're to lazy to verify prices, after I was kind enough to remember them as I came to the register( FYI they are dicks if you don't remember the prices of the cigars you selected which they set, I know hurts your head that people are too lazy to keep and update a list of the merchandise they sell) but then to tell me that what the sign says doesn't mean what it says. I called and the lady said they do not honor exchanges even though I still had my reciept. The last one I had I bought from another place lasted me over a year.
