I'm giving the shop three stars because it does have a well-stocked inventory on rigs in parts and juice but that's where I have the issue is the juice. You'll find very little third-party juice in the store it's all proprietary to Desert vapor and quite honestly looking at it and the flavor I Purchased it's really old school juice like when I first started vaping. I paid almost 17 bucks for a 30 mill which is high I don't care who you are. I'm used to buying 100 Mills for about 13 bucks so this was definitely overpriced. I bought the cherry berry in 6 mg and it's terrible I'm sure with enough hunting I could find a juice that was vapable but I'm sure it's tough. Overall it's nice to have a Vape store there, and in a pinch I'd probably stop in again which is why I went in this time but there's a lot of really good juice out there and I wouldn't limit myself to the stuff on this shelf. read more

This place is great if you are one of their friends. However, if they don't know you or you are not a best buddy, you automatically go to the end of the line and, most likely, you will stay there. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this place and all I expect is to be treated like any normal customer. That won't happen here. I was going to take the time to find out how to contact the owners instead of writing on Yelp but I realized that the treatment I received is how the owners want their customers to be treated. It would be like spitting in the wind. I don't recommend this establishment. I will really need one of their products before I shop there again. Customers beware. read more

It's a great business with friendly helpful staff. I bought a small vape to cope with my nicotine addiction and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately after 2 weeks I dropped it and crack the tank. That model vape does not come with replaceable tanks which sucked. so I returned to the store and Russ the owner was very friendly and understanding he gave me a huge discount on a second vape and that was awesome. I give it 4 stars only because their e-liquids are a little bit pricey but other than that it's a great place to find what you need for vape. Service is great but compliant is more with pricing. Was in a pinch and needed two coils but did not wanna drive to palm desert since it was late after work. I was in shock how over priced desert vapors still is. Almost double the price for coils compared to ecig city. I think it's cool to have a local vape shop that started in the desert but the pricing is just ridiculous and not even competitive. 22 dollars for two coils is just straight up inflating prices. read more

I feel the need, to give the general public, a heads up, to not go to this shop, due to these following reasons: I normally go to E-Cig City, in Palm Desert, and they are friendly, helpful, and have a great selection, with very fair prices. But I was in Indio, and thought I would check this place out. Unbelieveble! The selection was very limited, and what they did have, was way over priced. When the owner ingaged me in conversation, about who I was, and why I decided to stop in, and what I thought of his shop. I told him that I usually go to Palm Desert, but thought I would check out his store. When he asked my oponion about what I thought of his shop, and the overall selection of merchendise, I told him the truth of what I thought. I said I thought his selection was limited, and everything seemed a little pricey. This is when the owner flipped out on me! He lectured me, on how much money he had invested in supporting vaping businesses, but then didn't really have any explaination for why his shop was so expensive. He only said he didn't need to hear and put up with this kind of shi_! And how I needed to get the hell out of his store, and never come back! Went to Desert Vaps today to get some juice and had the best experience. The customer service that i received today was outstanding. This shop knows their stuff. It was also a day of education. With the recent laws starting today, I was fully educated in the new laws and up coming ones as well. I can not stress enough to educate yourself in these rediculious laws and do what you can to be part of the movement. This shop was fully knowledgeable in all parts of the new laws. This is one HELLUVA a store. It's AMAZING!!!! Not only do they have a great product, but they have so many flavors to choose from. Their prices are fair, and they get even better when they run specials. The best thing about this place though, is the AWESOME customer service. All the guys here great. They're knowledgeable, easy to talk to, funny, and most importantly, they treat u like ur their only customer. They give u their full attention, answer any and all the questions u may have. If ur unsure of what flavor is for u, they'll go through all the flavors u ask, and they taste it with u. Go through what they like and what they don't. They don't get angry or "put out" if u want to test before buying. They want to make sure ur happy. Simon is who we usually deal with, and he's F**CKING AWESOME!!!! We get a custom order, (yeah they do those too), and he goes out of his way to make sure it's perfect for us every time. FYI if ur like us and u get a custom order, make sure to either order it a couple weeks early, or pick it up when it's ready, (usually like the next day or two), and let it sit for a couple weeks. The flavors need time to "meld" together. There is a 3rd option, u can let it sit in ur hot car for an hour or 2. I've never tried that though, so I suggest that u ask one of the guys there for the full instructions. To make a long story short(er) lol, Desert Vapors is the best place for all ur "vape and vape accessories". Huge selection, good prices, and awesome staff, especially Simon, but they're all great. Usually go to the PD location, but came to this one because I was in the area. What made me laugh was that the same cute guy that helps me at my regular location was here the day I went. So I was happy. The only disappointment was that I came here because the PD location didn't have any strawberry cheesecake in 12mg. Came here only to find they didn't either. I've been to a few vape stores but I must say, the customer service and knowledge of the workers is astounding !!! I felt super welcomed when I walked in and I was able to get what I needed because of their affordable prices! I know you can get stuff cheaper online but its worth spending a little bit more at this store because I can tell the quality of their products is important to them and they really want you to get the most for your dollar. Not only am I buying something that is going to work but im also getting free information on how to use what I buy. They give me the time of day to help me out and encourage me to come back if I have any questions/problems :) Did I mention they MAKE their own juice ??? The first day I went to this place I totally agree with all of the reviews they were awesome but then one of the batteries I bought was broken in the package and I took it back the next day and wow what a difference in service. The battery was $20.00 and I thought nothing of it after spending a couple hundred bucks I just assumed they would exchange it. NOPE. The two guys that work there, the skinny, and the not so skinny treated me like I was trying to rob them. The not so skinny guy checked the battery 10 times and it wouldn't work but he kept me there for an hour before he even considered giving me the time of day! HE finally exchanged me for a battery that was $10.99 and super crappy! By the time they were done I was just happy to be out of there! So I just want to say beware, don't leave the place without double-checking everything! read more
