SELLS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! A small filthy overpriced…read morelittle shop with an owner who has no problem selling his customers defective merchandise refusing to refund or exchange and leave it to the customer to return the item to the manufacturer for replacement. Purchased a rather expensive lighter in a box that was clearly worn and not in new condition. The lighter itself worked well for about three times, before it stopped working altogether. Returning the next day with receipt in hand, this lazy and neglectful owner demonstrated zero customer care and refused to even exchange the product for one that works properly. His disheveled little store and poor reviews on yelp tell the whole story. there are plenty of other smoke shops nearby don't make the mistake I and others have by patronizing this shyster!

I went in at night and there was a smaller Indian guy that kept calling me "boss" witch I thought was kinda odd. He got me the same can of butane and told me that it was $20 after I said I was paying with cash. He wasn't even going to put the cash it in the register as if he sold me anything. He was just going to pocket the cash and not give me a receipt!!!! Right there was a red flag. Got my money back and left. Only reason I stop there is because it's a convenient place for me to stop on my way home sometimes. Going to look for a new place to stop if I can. You can get better customer service and also the same thing for allot cheaper ells where.
