I'm vacationing with my family for the week in Cathedral City and dropped my vape in the pool. I found CC smoke shop on yelp and went first thing in the morning to replace it. I was thankful the store opens an hour before any other smoke shops in the area. The owner, Bashar, was warm and welcoming when I came in and went above an beyond with customer service. Before I purchased anything he gave me a new battery to try in my current mod to make sure it wasn't completely fried. Once we knew it was dead he opened the one I wanted and let me look it over before I purchased anything. As I was checking out, we were talking, and he gave me a free disposable vape to last me until I got home to set up the new one. I have a regular vape shop near my house, and their customer service and prices don't compare! I will definitely be returning anytime I'm in the area! Thank you, Bashar!! read more

I bought a Snoop Dog Vaporizer and it didn't work I took it back and he wouldn't give me my money back. And then told me he would sell me one priced at $169. But he would sell it to me for $129.00. He then agreed to exchange it for the same one. Surprise surprise it quit working as well. I went back to see if he would exchange it for another brand. I would even pay the difference for a better one. That's when he pointed out his no refund sign. Also the one he exchanged for me was the last but today he had fully restocked these worthless pieces of junk. it was interesting that knowing full well that this vaporizer was a piece of crap. I bought the vaporizer because I have Multiple Sclerosis and a broken back. I hate the Opioids the pain Dr's prescribe. They don't work unless you do more than prescribed so I turned to Medical Marijuana. I am permanently disabled and can't afford to just throw away nearly $70 on a useless piece of junk. I believe in buying local. This guy makes Cathedral City and the country look like a third world bazaar were you take your chances on anything you buy. He is a disgrace to our beautiful city. Anyone that would lie and cheat a disabled person much less anyone in our city should not be doing business. Shame on you!!! I can't wait to see you in Small Claims Court. Oh letting any and all agencies that allow them to operate. Letting them know that they knowingly sell defective merchandise and basically steal money from people. read more

So I go into the smoke shop around the corner from where I'm staying, after coming from Palm Desert, desert Vape. I went into Desert Vapes three or four days ago,. I need to buy some coils for my T20. They didn't have coils for my T20. They didn't even suggest to refit the tank with an adapter and a new tank. What they did was sold me an ego AIO Vape. I fell and the tank broke. So I went over there today to Desert Vape to see if they could fix repair or replace, because I had fallen so badly. No $30 down the drain, three days, beautiful tank, great Vape, no-go, I walk out crying. But then I go over to the little smoke shop around the corner, and the gentleman here looked at my vape and said, we can refit it until you can get home and get coils. $7 out the door. Been going here for several years now. Extremely helpful. Customer service is top notch in my opinion. Being self employed for the last 12 years I have learned the key to success in excellent customer service. I have also learned you can't please everyone hence the review from Alan Z. which clearly shows he has too much time on his hands and only looking to take his frustration out on innocent people. ( I too am medically disabled but I don't blame others). Management here has always been fair on the price and works with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase.Feel free to compare prices from other smoke shops in the area, you too will find their prices are more than fair and the customer services speaks for itself.
