I knew that was BS... so i said i was never going back... Fast forward... I decide to give them another chance because they're the close to my house and open later than my normal vape shop. I go there. I get what i need. I leave. 2 days later(today) i go back cause again it's late and my normal vape shop was closed... guy tries to tell me the price i told him i just paid 2 days has never the price, then tells me i must be at the wrong vape shop(as if there are many in the area open this late...(i know where im at)... Even after showing him proof of transaction, he still tries to tell me it's never been that price.

When I needed to find a new shop, google was my friend and I picked the first one on the list. Roy and Mal took amazing care of me. I went in looking for new batteries and a new mod. I left with a lot more than that - a new mod I already love (great recommendation from Roy!), three bottles of juice - all new flavors that have all turned out fantastic, two new tanks, extra coils, battery cases - and a new Friendly Local Vapor Shop. Prices vary within a reliable range in the vape industry. These guys are right near the middle on the stuff I bought, and a bit below the average on things like the batteries. Their selection of premium juices was overwhelming to look at - which is *exactly* what I want to see. I want options, and I'm a hard fit on flavor. (No berries and NEVER a melon!) I walked out with three new flavors. A new record! I'm normally lucky to find ONE new flavor I'm willing to try, much less three that I'm excited about. But they are not my new shop because of pricing, selection, or inventory. They are my new shop because I walked in ready for a fast in-and-out purchase, and instead I got amazing customer service from knowledgeable people who took their time asking me good questions and answering every question I had. They bounced ideas off each other, and neither one of these guys missed a beat as other customers came in and out of the store. Some of these other customers had a lot of questions and some knew exactly what they wanted. In every case, Roy and Mal were on top of it. Smiling, friendly (even in the face of some serious Thursday grumpiness) and gave each customer calm, confident and expert service. No one left empty handed, because even if they didn't have the exact thing, they knew what would work in its stead. And at no point was I ever ignored or felt like they weren't present and involved and invested in me buying a whole new kit and seriously restocking my denuded supplies. Not only did they have product knowledge, they had industry knowledge - which for a vape shop, is VERY important. They knew their materials, they knew their juices, and they knew what was new, what was coming down the pipeline, and they knew what to recommend to someone who knows the style of device and tank they want. They didn't try to up-sell me; they didn't have to. They just offered their products, gave me pros and cons, and then let me decide. I went with their recommendations every time, because they had heard me and recommended things that work for me. Good prices. Good products. Great customer service. They earned a new repeat customer tonight, and I finally have a vape shop near my new home. They're a small store, but don't let that fool you - there is a big business in that little store, and they are very interested in making sure they take care of their customers.

Wish I remembered her name, but she was tall and had beautiful long brown hair She informed me of the flower selection and disposable/cart selection. Second time I came in, Evelyn (hope I'm spelling your name right ) helped me! So kind, so sweet. So helpful, yet again.
