I usually don't leave reviews but I had an experience this evening that absolutely required such a message. I frequented the vape city around the corner from our home on Chimney Rock and while I was a bit hesitant to enter the building at first look, I'm extremely happy that my wife and I did just that. From the moment we entered the door, the assistant Alexi was wonderful. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty in order to assist is making us very happy. I was honestly a couple bucks short of my purchase and Alexi actually reached in his own pocket to add to my total in order to complete the sale. I was beyond impressed ane I will be doing my business with this establishment from this point forward. thank you Aleci you are truly a blessing to the shop and they are lucky to have you as an employee. read more

IM A EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Experiencing racial profiling at Vapecity was an unfortunate reality I encountered firsthand. As I patiently waited for my turn to exchange my vape due to a flavor preference, I witnessed the customer in front of me effortlessly complete the same transaction without any hesitation. However, when it came to my turn, I was met with resistance and denial, despite presenting the same valid reason for the exchange. The stark contrast in treatment based on nothing but the color of my skin left me feeling disheartened and unfairly targeted. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the pervasive nature of racial bias and the urgent need for companies like Vapecity to address and rectify such discriminatory practices. read more

Don't wanna exaggerate or anything, but I've been to a lot of vape shops since I moved to Houston and none, not a single one of them can compare to vape city. And it's not just their 24-hour guarantee, or the abundance of products/flavors, but their honest, transparent, impeccable costumer service which has me coming back again, and again. These guys have taken the fear, the guesswork, and most importantly the regret out of the "buying an expensive disposable vape" process, and have turned it into an extremely friendly, pleasant experience. Hats off to Vape City for doing what they do; I'm beyond content with coming back here forever. Before finding them I would go to a different shop every time; now I can't imagine going anywhere else. read more

My child is underage and has been getting vapes from here! Whoever that Kenny person is, expect a lawsuit for serving underage kids and telling them to come back and see him. I spoke to my son and he said he never asked for his id. Hehas been coming to this location for 5 months when I checked his bank statements. This infuriates me. My son ended up at the emergency room for his breathing problems from vaping! All because of your illegal practices. What kind of business are you guys trying to run when your employees are illegally harming minors? You need to fire that sick fuck! I hope he doesn't have kids! PARENTS BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! THEY ARE PROVIDING ILLEGAL SERVICES!! read more

Great customer service, got done quick I stumbled upon this shop recently, and it has quickly become my absolute favorite spot in town. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and curated with such obvious care. The staff are genuine experts--friendly, attentive, and never pushy. I was blown away by the quality of their products; everything feels unique and built to last. It's rare to find a business that balances high standards with such a personal touch. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

I started coming here for the great service I was receiving in the mornings before I go into work. And Now I see new faces again and receive the worst service. I called the other day and a girl picked up saying they didn't have to coil I needed and I still came in. She confessed that she's new and doesn't know much about the products. Never coming back here!!! New staff is clueless! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME read more

I went in looking for a small reusable vape pod and I didn't know which vape would best suit what I needed. Nakiia was super helpful and answered all my questions about the devices, let me read all the boxes of the vapes and assisted me with picking out a juice as well. The store is always clean and tidy, all the staff are super helpful and I always recommend this location specifically to my friends. read more

This location has an awesome selection. Like, I've been to a few other locations, but this store has way different stuff. Alot nicer...like high end, quality items. And surprisingly, the prices were still pretty low compared to other smoke shops in the area. And this location in particular had these candles that look like Mason jars/glass mugs AND THEY ALL SMELL AMAZING!! read more

I love this store the workers are so friendly and I truly enjoy the atmosphere here with friendly workers and a great atmosphere it is an amazing place to shop with amazing people who work here.
