He was also very rude! Most of their selection of vapes are broken, missing boxes, batteries, coils, or cables, and they will try to sell you the overpriced broken devices so you can get locked into their "24hr exchange policy" with no refunds even if the device is broken upon purchase. This isn't the first Vape City to have these issues such as broken devices, horrible customer service, and drugged employees. Ali runs a shady business! Do not shop here!

The walk-in humidor is large, and has a great selection. There is often times live music in the form of a DJ and they have different events that feature certain cigars and drinks and foods that complement the sticks. Or at least give you something to snack on and drink on while you are tasting and enjoying the cigars. You can call the shop or maybe find the information on their website for those events. And there is a VIP room that is open 24 hours a day for members that have lockers where you can keep some things there. They have a few cold drinks, selections, like sodas, and waters near the register. But you can bring your own drinks and you can bring your own food in as well. There is not a bar so it's also BYOB.
