To my surprise, Jeff Caruso actually answered the phone when I called. I explained my situation to Jeff and he fit me in the next day! He was very personable and put my wife and I at ease right away with his knowledge and professionalism. Whatever the appraisal value, we were comfortable knowing it would be accurate. When we received the appraisal report, we knew we were right. The report is extremely detailed with numerous pictures showing the condition of the house and the cost of the report was very fair. On the day of the appraisal he showed up on time and began taking the pictures outside that he needed. After introducing himself he completed his inside photos and then sat down with us to explain how everything would work. He was nice and professional. The appraisal was on a Saturday.
