When I look at it I think of her and it is heartening. I don't understand the reviews. Gabrielle is nothing but friendly , sincere, helpful and down to earth. I suspect these vicious reviews are perhaps written by a competitor . I plan on going to more of her sales as the merchandise is outstanding, her employees are professional and friendly and the prices are fair.

Cynthia, Bridget, Tom, Marjorie and team provided a wonderful overview of the auction process as I was an auction newbie at that point and did not understand how it worked as in my mind from movies, etc it was always in person. The lady informed me that they was staying away from the "modern" collections. Only problem is most of these decanters are from 1980 and before. Quite a few very rare and expensive collectors items from the member only jim beam club. I had a professional appraiser tell me that the collection would sell between 10 and 25k dollars at an auction. If you have anything that you want auctioned off i would advise you to go to Kikos auction house. the lack of knowledge from this place is astounding.

I went back into his shop on Monday and he explained what the coins were worth (at market rate). He was also very upfront and transparent on his fees (which ended up being around 10%). Everything seemed reasonable so I proceeded forward. He wrote me a check and kept the silver and the transaction was complete. It couldn't have been any easier. His shop was modern, clean and well organized. He was professional and polite through the entire process. In all a very positive experience and I recommend his service. UNPROFESSIONAL/RUDE/SLOPPY. The woman running the sale literally PHYSICALLY HIT ME. She told me $50…read morefor a set of shelves. Then she priced up my other items off the top of her head (nothing was priced) and gave me my total price. As I was getting my cash out she goes "just for fun I am going to take a picture of the shelves to see how much they are worth." She sees they are valuable online and says she no longer can give them to me for the price we had agreed on. I asked for her name and the name of the company she worked for and she said "why, so you can leave a bad review?" Then she started taking pictures of me on her phone. She said "I will post your picture if you leave a review." I took my phone out to take a picture of her then in return and she HIT MY HAND AND WRIST HARD. I left as fast as I could and my elderly mother who was with me left behind me and they slammed the door on her heel. I reported her to the police. She also referred to her client, the person's home it was, as a hoarder and I could overhear her associates talking about someone who was having medical issues such as "anal bleeding." Which I didn't think was appropriate to talk about for customers to hear. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and wish I could leave 0 stars. She also gave out a fake name and I see a few bad reviews with names that she then comments and says "we don't have anyone with that name." Also, I see her unprofessionalism continues with her responses to her reviews. She tries to intimidate and insult people rather than comment something professional. STEER CLEAR clients and customers alike!!

Only a few items were priced and waited in line for 40 minutes to be given prices that were ridiculously overpriced. The comments being "how long would you wait at Walmart". Witnessed the estate sale company being very rude, loud and insulting. They are not professional at all. Hiring them to run a sale for you from what I saw would not be in your favor. Many customers walked out the door saying how rude these ladies were.
