I wanted cash but all they would do is give me a check. I was told they are not a bank, which I thought was rather rude. When I asked how they arrived at the offer number, he was super vague...something like we take what we can get for them and then try and make a little money...lol. He said they don't do percentages. Well, when I figured it out, it turns out they offered 18% less than what the silver content was worth. That's a pretty big number. The reason for 2 stars is...it may be a good place to shop if you know what you're looking for and compare prices but it's definitely not the place to sell anything.
