THESE PEOPLE ARE MIRACLE WORKERS!!!!!…read more They didn't even charge us until they were positive they could recover the photos. They then supplied us with a list of all the photos they could recover. WHICH WAS ALL OF THEM :D then they required payment upon delivery of the photos saved on a USB and backed up on their own hard drive (just to make it idiot proof) They saved our vacation photos!!! Forever grateful.

THE HACKERY STOLE MY COMPUTER:…read more I bought a used computer from The Hackery and asked them to transfer my data to it. I returned when they said and powered the new one up in-store and found that they had only transferred my desktop. I inquired and they had no idea nor did they have my old computer. The two guys huddled in the other room and I heard one of them say "~he pays more for French keyboards"... Mine was French. I'm a trucker so I have more receipts/expenses than the rest of the public; I lost $50,000.00 in tax receipts because they were from multiple unfiled years. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE HACKERY.

Well despite what other people said on this forum, I had the worst experience with 1st Data…read moreRecovery. I had a failing G-Raid GR4 4000 with 2 hard drives inside of it and one of them was clicking. They told me they could retrieve some of the data and would charge me $150. I told them to go ahead with the job. So when I got the data back it was all giberish. I took the drive back to them to show them that none of the files they retrieved could be opened and they hadn't retrieved anything... yet they still charged me. After going to another specialist, I found out that my hard drive is a Raid0 which means every file on your hard drive needs both drives to be read. 1st Data Recovery simply took the data from the hard drive that was working and dragged it onto a new hard drive without any of the data from the busted hard drive that was needed in order to make all the files complete. There website says 495$... no data, no fee... well I gave them $150 and I got nothing. If they had told me that none of the files would be able to open which was obviously the case to the other specialist and is easy to understand with this Raid0 system, then 1st data recovery could have forewarned me and I would have told them to stop the job before beginning. Total waste of $150

Our baby was still sleeping when we arrived and the owner was really patient waiting for us to be ready. He's definitely very professional at these baby passport photos because it only took one click of the camera. I'm especially impressed because our baby was super sleepy and then started crying from being woken up but he managed to capture the perfect moment for the passport photo. We just received our passport so it's safe to say the photo also followed all the appropriate guidelines. Super happy with this place!
