When i went home, the battery still runs very hot and charges slowly. I think. I got duped. Had an iPhone screen replaced and JP did a great job. It was completed in under 15 minutes and he waited for me to arrive. Price was ~$100 (I requested to add tips and rounded it off to $100, the total cost of the screen replacement was around ~85?) The screen is still working well about 30 days later. It was an non-OEM (generic) screen because I wanted a new screen than a refurbished screen. There was initially some sensitivity issues as in touching a key would touch the key next to it instead but I think Apple learnt the slight difference in sensitivity and after 30 days it seems to work very well and accurately. JP was fast, friendly, and professional. Glad to have him change the screen; it was done on the spot in less than 15 minutes. Really liked the size of this iPhone and didn't want to change it yet (actually bought two spares by accident) ...didn't think of replacing the screen prior but it came to mind as I was about to transfer the data to the replacement and thought to give this a shot. It works like new now. First time getting a screen replacement and it was a pleasant experience; I'll probably make sure to replace the screens next time than replacing the phone - since the phone usually lasts fairly long, it's only the screen that breaks before the phone usually. However, I later found my (nearly 5 year old) phone actually had another problem that was not fixable. He immediately took it back and tried to solve it. Got my Nexus 6p repaired here. I dropped it quite a few times so my buttons were loose and my screen was misaligned. My battery was also getting worn out and needed to get replaced. Had an issue where my IPhone X was stuck on the restore screen loop and i took it to the Apple store and they said it is unrepairable. I took it to JP's shop and he repaired it in under 5 minutes! amazing job, my phone is now fully back to normal, just no more Face ID which is the downside but that's alright. $85 good price.
