Started wearing Van's shoes in high school and college. While it's been a long time since I've been skateboarding I've always loved the look, feel and durability of their shoes. My last pair of Half Cabs lasted 20+ years. This outlet store, while on the smallish side, does have a good collection of shoes and some clothes. Staff there are nice and attentive. The prices are a bit lower than online, but not that much. read more

Apparently the Classic white Vans are a "thing" for graduating teens and they want their family members to look sharp in new Vans or Converse. Done! We are glad this shop was open as about 12% of stores at the Leesburg outlets were closed. Some appeared to be due to staffing. Vans was open with 3 or 4 people in there and it got busy with customers around 7:30. When we came into the store we got a hello from a young man we would later learn is Kai and offered if we needed help to let him know. He went back twice to help look for classic slip-ons. They didn't have one of the kids sizes so he brought out an alternative laced up version. He also went back later to look for two Viper/Desert sizes for the kids as well as see if they had a 13 or 14. He did tell me that the 13s are limited but would look, which was nice. These were sold out online, as well, I would later find. It was nice that he would go back and check. The young lady at the checkout was really sweet and helped us as well as gave advice on the aerosol versus spray protection. Our kids will stain these shoes in a hot minute but if we can stave it off a few hours or days, it's worth it. She had mentioned that customers liked the aerosol can versus the pump spray. read more

Went to the outlet before Christmas it was super busy. Walked in with my friend from London visiting for the holidays, we were not greeted. The selection of shoes was decent. We got 4 pairs of shoes and a fleece sweat shirt, plus 3 T-shirts for $30. And the total was just under $200, not bad. It was really hard to get assistance so we just chalked it up as it's the holidays everyone is busy. We came back after Christmas the store was not busy and again no greeting. I know they greet people because I heard them do it but for some reason we just can't get greeted. No one asked us if we needed help , no one even looked our way. The sales clerk looked like he was ready to go home he was restocking shoes , cleaning doing everything but provide us with customer service. We purchased more shoes, I didn't want to but my friend from the UK seen styles they don't have in her hometown, next time i will just take her to the Van store they actually assist you. read more

It's an outdoor shopping mall which makes it perfect for strolling with lots of space. Lots of outdoor seating and they have plenty of options for food. I wasn't pleased with the bathrooms but that's to be expected in public spaces like this. I was surprised that almost every store we went in had some sort of sale but happy to see some real sales! Overall I enjoyed a day of shopping and finished with a pretzel and refreshing lemonade from Aunty Annie's.

Don't miss this neat little shop. Shop downtown first. They do seen to cater more to us smaller sizes (0-6) as my friend (a size 12) didn't find much in clothing but still picked up some jewelry. Needless to say, you'll find everything you may need and some things you may not need, to deck out every part of your home for the holidays. In addition to the holiday things, you can also find everything else a typical Marshall's carries. There's toys, some furniture, shoes, clothes for the whole family and everything else in between. While this Marshall's was packed with shoppers, the line to check out moved very quickly, since they had a cashier working at every register.

My daughter had a ring from her Mom with an emerald and 9 of 10 surviving diamond chips, and she…read morewears silver rather than the gold of this ring. A local chain jeweler offered to reset the stones in a new ring, doing what they could to preserve its character. Their estimate seemed a little pricey, though, but what did I know? Although my daughter preferred retaining as much of the ring as possible for sentimental reasons, she was open to doing this. Guided by positive reviews about jewelry restoration, we then visited family-owned White & Ivory Diamonds and Fine Jewelry in the Village at Leesburg. A daughter, Alina, greeted us. She was delightful to work with, asking questions about what would be important to us and coming up with some creative strategies. Alina suggested keeping the setting and the ring itself while strengthening it. It seemed ideal, so we put half down and let them do it. They did the work within the estimated time, communicating regularly via phone text, and I felt optimistic the whole time. They preserved and modified the setting to display eight of the diamond chips and kept the original clamps that had held fast all these years. The "odd" diamond went into a recessed hole on the inside of the ring - a hidden jewel! They reinforced the lower part of the ring so it would last and could be resized and plated the whole thing with white gold. The best part was it cost half what the chain estimated. I'm sure the chain would have done a fine job, but my daughter couldn't be happier with White and Ivory's creative craft work. We're so glad we gave them a shot!
