Typically, my mani and pedi are done simultaneously by two different ladies. However, I noticed that only one lady was working on me while 4 others just paced around and chatted with each other. At first I thought they might have other clients with appointments coming in soon, but nearly an hour passed and they were still not attending other customers. What could have been a 40 minute visit took twice as long. $65 also felt excessive for regular polish, I've gotten gel polish for that amount at other salons. Customer service was also meh - she seemed annoyed when I asked to swap out the color after testing it on one nail and didn't recommend any additional services like at other salons. What was even more frustrating was that by the evening three of my nails were already chipped! Will not be returning, don't recommend!

I used to go to vans until i got mold under neath my nails from dirty equipment being used and fills being done incorrectly and rushed. When i went to go ask her if she could help me fix the problem she said "its nothing" when my doctor specifically said it was mold growing on 7 out of ten fingers. she should have seen it when it was growing but instead she did a fill over it without telling me until i saw it when i went to take them off it was black underneath my nail. so what she did is drilled it down with the machine to make it seem like it was gone but i could still see it and 2 weeks later it was still there instead of her helping me clean them and helping me find good medication she did that and i used to be a loyal customer tipped very well and brought her so many customers. You can tell the place is super dirty and they use the same equipment on everyone to save them selves money. The day she drilled the mold on my nails the next lady sat down and i waited to see if she would change the drill but she used the exact same drill she put on the mold and that's when i knew i wouldn't go there ever again. As WELL as they are always rushing never make you feel like you can relax and that's what we go for to enjoy our self and leave feeling good but its obvious she only cares about her money and not GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that can keep your business going. It is very economic but its worth your dollar to go some where a little bit more pricey with new equipment and great customer service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE YOUR HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT PAY THAT EXTRA DOLLAR SOME WHERE ELSE. read more

The sad thing is that I actually have to give them a star in order to review. Please. Do yourself a favor and just never, and I mean NEVER come here. I have never seen a nail salon so dirty! And you can't blame it on being that they were open all day either because I got there about an hour after they had opened. It was filthy once I actually sat down in the pedi chair and realized it. Something fishy was most definitely going on in the back room when two separate times two separate men went into the back for a solid 10-15 minutes. And they didn't get any waxing done, I am certain of that. Let's move on to my pedi. Can you say sub par? The lady clipped my toe :(. I mean like actually clipped it. Worst customer service. There was no spa like about it it was literally soak your feet in lukewarm water wash with lotion rinse and paint your nails. And I'm not exaggerating. Painting my nails. Let's be real. My 4 year old could have painted them 1000 times better. There was paint on my heal and on three toes. And not the nail part either. It's been about 4 hours....and the paint already peeled off of my big toe! I'm questioning if I should douse my feet in alcohol and peroxide to kill whatever infection I am bound to get. I'm a really good tipper by the way. Especially to the service person even if the establishment failed me. But today? Not once did I ever feel like a customer. I will never go back. Yuck! read more

I LOOOVE going to Vans nails I've been a client for 8 years and have never had a problem with her.She is a very hard worker and the outcome of her job is great. She makes you feel right at home and always remembers the conversations you have with her. I don't mind waiting on her because it really is worth the wait. She knows exactly how I like my nails and she takes care of me really well. She even goes above and beyon. I had this really big event that I was attending to and the nail shop was closed when I called but she told me to come anyways.When I got there she was waiting for me I thought it was so sweet and thoughtful of her. Their customer service SUCKS. My car caught fire just outside their shop last week (10/19/2020). I went into the store and asked to borrow their extinguisher for my car that was on fire. They all looked at my like I was speaking an alien language. I asked multiple times and they just stared at me. When they finally responded they told me they didn't know where it was. Funny how they don't know where a legally required piece of equipment is located in a eatery. Very poor community relations. Just one opinion. Of course I know they are under no obligation to provide me an extinguisher and I would have gladly paid to have it refilled. The clothing store across the street did help out. read more

Once again! Unfortunately I stopped taking my gay brother to this place due to him getting jealous of me hanging out with my girlfriend way too much. It's been a difficult transition for me since he stopped talking to me but one of the associates that works there name Qui. Talked to me while she was doing my girlfriend's nails and came to a realization that life is to short for any problems. I came for a simple fill for both my nails and toes and they took off all of the acrylic on both and charged me for full sets so I walk out paying over 80$ for a fill??? Ridiculous. I won't be returning because it's called a fill for a reason.. to FILL the gaps from the new growth. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. And they were so rough with the filing and pushing of the cuticles for the pedicure practically cutting my skin. read more

Her expert knowledge and her attention to detail is awesome. I am happy to say my nail is almost all the way grown out and clean without infection. It hasn't been easy but she did it! Kaiser wanted me to use a very strong medication that could of hurt my liver which I refused. I visited her regularly along side cleaning my feet and with with using Lamisil fungal spray daily.
