Decided to shop a bit before the return not a single person offered to take the several items to a dressing room. The dress I wanted fo purchase in a different size was supposedly so new that was not in the inventory? But they had several in regular and petite for sale. I was blown away at the selection and some great buys from some of my favorites designers. I give that piece a 5/5 However while walking through the store we were only greeted once and the rest of the time the staff spent peeping around the corner and finding things close to us to fold. We came in with no bags or anything just two small purses. Even as i was taking things off the rack to look at it, the staff was glaring their eyes at me. So, for the sake of awareness in our 140 character world, I'm going to write this review based on my initial experience with DJones, then follow-up as appropriate when product arrives! Background: After reading a story in the Dallas Morning News in December about this start up venture by Drew Jones, I decided to take them up on some of their services by getting fitted for some custom shirts (a must by the way). Upon my initial contact via e-mail, Drew and I made an appointment for him to meet me at my house to perform measurements and review fabric swatches for the shirts (I eventually decided to get 4 shirts in total, 3 or more gets you a 10% discount...always a plus). He was promptly on time (new years eve afternoon, rainy and nasty) and proceeded to work with me the next hour taking measurements for not only the shirts, but for a suit should I decide to get one in the future. Most of the time was reviewing swatches, and afer MUCH deliberation, I chose 3 cotton blends (aka "wrinkle free") and one 100% cotton. Drew was wearing one of he wrinkle frees for context, which is certainly a plus. As a favor to me, Drew is rushing one of the shirts for me to experience quickly, then the others will come soon after. As a promise to him, since this business model is very reliant on grass-roots marketing and customer satisfaction, I took several of his business cards to distribute to other friends of mine that would definitely enjoy the work of a custom fit shirt. Since this is a very personal transaction, I must say that Drew was extremely professional in his dress (he was wearing a suit/tie) and his intereaction with me. A very personable, competant and motivated young man, I look forward to working with him for many shirts to come. As I mentioned earlier, I will post a follow-up review stating the results of the shirt (fit being the major criteria, followed by delivery expectations).

Was in the market for a new pair of Tom's and Journey's didn't let me down!…read more Walking in I knew exactly what I was looking for and upon entering I was quickly greeted by the friendly and busy staff. Yup they both were with customers but still took the time to acknowledge my arrival. While perusing the color choices one of the gents asks what size and color I'm looking for, goes to the back and grabs my request as well as the other customer he was running back there for. I try on the two sizes, made my decision, and made my way to the counter. His ability to handle two customers, bounce between the two of us, and be completely engaged and genuine absolutely made my experience. So yes, after over five years I have had to replace my much adored black Tom's but I couldn't have done so at a better place. This staff absolutely knocked it out of the park when it came to customer service. A big and grateful shout out and thank you.
