When our cabinets were installed there were several things not up to general standards. The cabinets came with the paint scuffed off in many spots, we had to ask them to come back out to repair. Additionally, they drilled holes to hold wall cabinets in spots that were not hidden and are very visible from a distance. When we asked them to fix this they filled them with caulk assuring us that it would look "perfect". It did not. When they installed the front shaker panel, the inserts were too small for the opening. Instead of creating new inserts so that the opening was equal distance all around (which would have required more material), they removed the front panel and created a new one that was larger on the bottom than the top, creating a front that is not proportional. This became their MO, do the least amount of work and put patches on things instead of making it right. Most concerning Gary installed all of our cabinet drawers with very cheap cabinet slides / hardware. The drawers were very hard to open and the soft close had to be pushed completely to shut. He assured us these were the best of the best. After doing some research with other cabinet makers, we learned these were not the best and a product that most cabinet makers did not use due to negative reviews from owners. We asked Gary to replace them with the slides / hardware we were advised on and he said they were way too expensive. Finally we convinced him to replace them. His crew came out and replaced all but one. They lied to my face when I told them the one didn't seem to be working and they said it was replaced. After a month of following up with Gary he said he wasn't going to replace them and blew us off. Our contractor said Gary had never left his client unsatisfied - consider us unsatisfied! I would avoid this cabinet maker if you can, he clearly is out to cheat his clients and is using bait and switch on materials to get the jobs done and get paid.

The staff did a great job and were very communicative during the entire process. They were willing to work with us on price and gave us a discount based on other quotes. We were allowed to view the showroom and take some samples to the house to see how the floors would look in the sunlight. We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. Every subcontractor did beautiful work - the tile company and shower door company in particular. The bathrooms are fantastic and have been rescued from 1987. Martha was our Project Manager and she was above-and-beyond outstanding! Very communicative and listened to our concerns over some details - all of which were addressed immediately. She was on-site during active work 95% of the time. The other 5%, she called. Martha was never unreachable and it made us feel way less stressed. Beginning to end was pretty quick and painless - maybe 8 weeks, tops.
