He booked me with the walk in stylist so I booked a consult only. After talking to the stylist I realized she knew her stuff and the salon was missing a hidden treasure. Explained to the stylist I wanted high & low lights without doing too much damage. The stylist told me it would take approximately 5 services to correct my hair to cause the least amount of damage and was so comfortable I let her proceed. She asked me to bring in photos to the next appointment of colors I liked and selected together my final color. I noted the owners treated the staff poorly and snooty to the clients. They had didn't great client's warmly, didn't offer water or beverages and the place had an unpleasant vibe to it. A few months later over half the stylists, including mine all walked out because of how they were treated. I followed my new stylist and have been with her ever since. I have heard Lo is only interested in the Who's Who and famous people in the surfing world. WELL Lo darling...I'm in the Hall Of Surfing Fame, am featured in 2 surfing books, have photos in many surf museums, exhibits and am a member of WISA, WSA, ESA and ASP.
