NEVER COME HERE!!! it was my friends bday. vanitee said shed give her a deal she paid $135 for just acrylic set. I paid $120 for BS. Vanitee did my nails and asked "Are you nervous? Your hands are sweaty", Very rude and trashy, wanting pictures of our nails right after, seeming proud of her "art". My friends nails popped off after 1 week. We also called ahead of time being 30 mins away and came in and they tried saying they were busy, should've taken the sign. read more

let me just start by saying, I've had longer nails and I've never no matter what kind of activity had take my real nail off! I've done sports, did frisbee, ive even had my nail caught in the leash and take off my fake nail! But never. Have I EVER had my whole nail including my real nail come out! It's completely gone. When messaging the vanitee they basically blamed me and said it's because I slammed it. my fake nails should not be able to take my real nail all the way from under my SKIN out! DO NOT COME HERE. I rarely leave reviews, but after the utterly unacceptable and disrespectful experience I had at this salon, I feel compelled to warn others. I arrived for a nail service and Jasmine began removing my nails around 10:30 AM. She told me she had another appointment around 11:00 AM and wouldn't be able to finish the removal, but promised someone else would take over. After the removal, I was told I'd only need to wait 45-60 minutes for someone to help me. Another walk-in came in, and they were immediately prioritized over me. No one was available to continue my service, and I ended up waiting for OVER TWO HOURS. I sat there from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with attitude and told I was a "walk-in," so I had to wait. If your salon can't properly manage walk-in clients, then you shouldn't offer that option at all. It's not acceptable to make walk in customers feel inferior to those with appointments, and down play extreme wait times. Proper communication and expectation should be clear from the very beginning. This was a complete failure in customer service. I left the salon from frustration and disappointment with nothing but bare fragile nails that still had red nail polish that wasn't fully removed. To make matters worse I had to pay for the terrible removal service!! I was told from the beginning I was eligible for a 15% student discount, but when I asked about applying it to the removal charge, the manager outright lied and said it only applied to high school students. She insisted there was an age requirement on the website--except that there is no such information anywhere on the site. This was nothing more than a cheap excuse to avoid honoring the discount and charge me more. And speaking of charging more, when I originally arrived asking for a simple fill, I was told they couldn't work on my nails because they had been done at a different salon. Instead, I was forced to remove my nails and get a full set, with an extra fee for "foreign removal." This was never mentioned to me prior, and it felt like a deliberate scam to get more money out of me. To top it all off, as I was waited I watched as several employees were on their phones--answering calls and texting--while servicing clients which explains their drastic wait times. This is beyond unprofessional and it's disrespectful to the clients who are paying for their time. This place is overpriced, unprofessional, and completely mismanaged. They have zero respect for their clients, and their communication is abysmal. They're just out for your money, making up fees and excuses at every turn. I would never return to this salon and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Came here for a full set because I loved all of the work this shop has posted out online. When I came in for my service, the owner made a few uncomfortable comments. When she came over to my table where I was getting a service done, she asked me if I liked sweet baby rays, or another bbq sauce. And then asked if I even knew what bbq sauce was. She stated she was joking but it made me uncomfortable. The second comment was one about my nail reference photo being fake and computer generated (which I didn't realize it was fake, but I've never had a salon approach me in that manner), and after pointing it out, she stated they would be able to provide service similar to what I was asking for when I provided a real photo for them... at this point I told them to just put what ever on my nails because I was ready to leave. If I could give this nail place a zero I would. I bought a giftcard online, got confirmation that it went through and it didn't specify I had to book with any specific person or that I couldn't use it as a walk-in,so I took my girlfriend to get our nails done. We get there the receptionist seemed distracted by her phone, and there were only two nail techs working. We waited OVER AN HOUR to receive service, they were a little pricey but I thought maybe we will get what we paid for, as we sit down the tech in front of me asked how we were paying I told her I had a giftcard that I purchased on their website. She said I can't accept your giftcard bc it is for the owner's bookings only. So by now I am getting irritated...The owner wasn't even working and the techs were corresponding to her over the phone, she tell me that my giftcard has been flagged as a risk and even if she was there she couldn't use it...getting more irritated...then we left...I called back to book the appointment bc the giftcard is non-refundable not only is she not available anytime soon and the wedding is in 3 days, she was rude and disrespectful. THEN PRECEEDED TO TELL ME THAT SHE WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICE TO ME. I hope she loses business until she changes her attitude and provides better customer service... read more

With intentions to support small businesses at this time I invested $150 into taking a class with Vanitee. Due to circumstances with COVID-19 I was unable to take the course for financial reasons and being home full time with my children. (& with the stay at home order business were required to remain closed anyway). So she provided me an alternative kit for the $150, and delivered it to my door! (Much appreciated) - Sadly I did find the exact same kit (minus her business card) sold by Mia secret directly for $29.99. And when I went to her website I saw a proper kit for $150 including most everything needed for a beginner. I am happy to support small business, but disappointed that I am not valued as a customer. read more

DreAna did my nails horribly. I told her I didnt like them and she said my nails grow wrong so her work will reflect my nails growing wrong. Ummmmmm who says that? She was rude and unapologetic.
