Then while I was sitting there waiting for the service to actually start, another client walked in and said they had a 5:30 appointment. Instead of helping the person who had the earlier appointment and had already been waiting, the technician left me sitting there and started helping the 5:30 client. It's incredibly disrespectful and completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment. If you're going to ignore appointment times and serve people out of order, don't bother scheduling them at all. Total waste of time (40 minutes before I walked out) and very unprofessional.

I loved this place!…read more It doesn't look like much from the outside but the service is great. I have a busy schedule so any place that offers walk ins is a bonus. I came in for a walk in and not even ten minutes later was in a manicure seat. The man who did my manicure was very fast and welcomed customers that came in after me by name and asked them how their day was. We had some casual conversation. They had a HUGE selection of nail polish to choose from. I chose to get a glitter blue polish on my nails and toes(no artificial nails) The manicure was the average manicure you could get anywhere but the pedicure was truly spectacular. I chose the most expensive pedicure you could get which included a foot mask among many many other goodies. I kept waiting for the pedicurist to tell me I was done but surprisingly and pleasantly the services kept coming one after another. My feet have never felt softer and the color was great on my toes too. You do not have to worry about lukewarm towels or water as mine were almost too hot for me and I am notorious for taking burning hot showers. The seats were comfy and my feet went from feeling like I was walking on burning coals(The whole reason I decided to get the pedicure was because I was in pain hobbling around campus) to feeling like brand new. Finally the price was also very good. Online the pedicure that I chose is advertised as $55 but I recieved a first time customer discount, student discount, and afterwards my total for both the pedicure and manicure was only $54 before tip. I will definitely be going back to this place for my nail needs. The only real negative I have is that I tried to turn my massage chair off twice and the girl giving me a pedicure turned it back on both times but it wasn't enough of a bother for me to feel the need to say something or for it to dampen my experience

I was thankful that she fixed it because she mentioned that this happens sometimes when she's doing pedicures. Unfortunately the following morning when I woke up I noticed the polish was still not properly cured. The polish was lifting and underneath the cured top layer was a thick sheet of uncured polish on both big toes. I went to a local shop to get it fixed and they explained that this could have led to an infection and that it's good that I noticed and fixed the issue quickly. I called the shop the same day and I was told that Ro (nail tech) was an independent contractor and they would not be able to refund me on her behalf. I was told I needed to leave my information and speak with her. A total of 3 days pass and then Ro text me to apologize for the inconvenience and offered me $10 of the $60+ that was spent. I did not believe $10 was a fair amount as I had now put $90+ towards a pedicure. I requested that she at least send $20 to almost cover the repair cost especially since I tipped her just under $10 alone...but she refused. Im thankful I did not receive an infection from this shop. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere during my visit, but the service quality and resolution afterward were disappointing. I hope the salon considers improving their policies when services don't meet basic expectations.

She is located inside the Remedi Spa Wellness building. Message her on IG or call the spa for an appointment.
