When I was being Dermaplaned, she cut my face and I ended up walking out of this medi spa with a bloody cut chin and mask all over my hair and face. It was very unprofessional. I was really looking forward to a nice facial but was extremely disappointed because I wasted my time and money. I have now been home for 20 minutes and my face is still bleeding. Although my facial was not great, the receptionist was very nice and the place was clean and cute.

I've been going to LiteRx Okemos for the past six years…read more I've always felt comfortable learning about the services they provide and choosing what's right for me with no pressure. From IPL's, Hydrafacials, laser hair removal and injections, all have been great and I saw the results expected. It's important to understand realistic outcomes and trust the manager and staff at Okemos knows what their doing and how to guide you on good skin care treatments and routines. Their prices are very reasonable compared to many other places throughout MI,, I've done the comparison. Also, the Jan Marini skin care line they carry is well respected in the market place. I'm about to book another appointment today and I'd recommend this place to all my friends.

I called ahead to confirm the price again, was told it applied to non-members, and booked an appointment. After driving 30 minutes in bad weather, I was told the price was actually $12/unit and the $9 rate was for members only-which is their everyday price, not a special. Even after I showed the text, they denied the promotion and tried to sell me a membership instead. They also deducted my Alle rewards despite providing no treatment, and I had to get the points reversed through Allē directly. Misleading promotion, inconsistent practices, and unprofessional handling. I won't be returning.
