I'm most certainly I am real, and disgusted. I made an appointment with this place to get permanent winged eyeliner. I sent in photos of what I was looking for, which was on their website, and photos of my eye. I was explained that the procedure could be done, and to go ahead and make the appointment which I did. Upon arriving, the woman taking care of me, I believe her name was Chris, appeared to have no clue what she was doing. But even with that, she still found a way to royally mess it up, and now I am permanently disfigured thanks to her. The owner, now she is a piece of work. At first, she was very apologetic, and explained that after this healed that it would be fixed. Now mind you, because of how bad this came out, Chris explained to me that I did not have to pay.
