For that I was charged $277 dollars for not returning their obsolete outdated equipment we used since 2012. Fast Forward 14 months later not a word from them until recently a collection agency has been relentless in calling to get their $277 dollars. I closed out the bill in April 2023 and it wasn't until this month 2024 that they decided to send me to a collection agency that is sure to ruin my great credit (800's). What a fantastic joke of a company to operate like this! Beware people! Companies like this aren't concerned with keeping a happy customer or even providing a good service. They just want your money and will destroy you with retaliatory fine print debt collections!!!

He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! I made an appointment with Zachary to better secure my RV gate which had blown open during the last…read morebig winds. He had a cancellation so he was able to come out right away. He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. I thought he was very fair and honest and i appreciated his expertise in letting me know i didnt need the extra latch. I highly recommend him and his work. I am keeping his number for next time something comes up with my gates!
