The massage has always been substandard, just a lot of fast up and down on your calves and they barely touch your feet. They should really know that is the most enjoyable part for customers. They never quite get the heels smooth, we always leave with rough areas. The drink and snack offerings are great! By why not ask the customer about preferences and for feedback at the end. This is the first time I got a French manicure and it was a crappy job on the white tips. They don't file and shape your nails and do a crappy job trimming my husbands nails. I think they should charge less for men since no polish is involved. Most of the salons around are the same crappy work and service. I do like that's it's easy to book an appt online or by phone. Still looking for that great pedi and service. I'm happy to pay for great work and service. It was $97 for the both of us and $20 tip. Not cheap and not great!

It has been a while since I have been here, but this place is the best nail salon (for the best…read morevalue) that I have been to STILL in the last six years 1. It is clean 2. The prices are reasonable 3. The owner/workers are all friendly and work diligently but carefully 4. They have a great color selection Ivan did an incredible job with the pedicure; he was very gentle but thorough and did a clean job with the painting -- no chipping after a couple of days of regular polish! Nathan did a very nice job too with the cat eye polish and he was very quick but careful I can't recommend this place enough. Most salons do the bare minimum, if even that. But Forever Nails is another level of consistency and quality compared to other salons that is good for when you do not have an at-home tech.

Super happy I found this salon. I wanted to get away from acrylic as I had been doing them for over 30 years. So I recently had to go in for surgery and knew recovery was going to be over a month so I took off my nails and that would be the perfect time to move on... So fast forward to today (6 weeks post surgery) finally ready to get a new set so I went to Yelp to find a new place that had high star reviews within 25 min of my house and found this place. So called and made a same day appointment and was set with Ivan. I'm so happy Ivan took the time to listen to what I wanted and knowing this was my first gel x set he talked about the process and we were ready to go. Then he checked in several times to make sure I was happy with the length and shape which I totally am. So needless to say Ivan's my new nail tech!!! So glad. Also brought my daughter who got a gel manicure from Amy and she was super happy with her service as well!! You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk at this salon has been very disappointing. I've…read morealso had friends who had negative experiences with the same receptionist in the past. I called specifically to book a gel manicure with Tara, who is excellent and, in my opinion, the best nail technician there. I was told that Tara did not do gel manicures. However, when I called again on another occasion to try to make a new appointment, I was told that she actually does provide that service. Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. My review is not a reflection of her service at all. Unfortunately, the way appointments are handled at the front desk has made me no longer want to return to this salon

Usually it's polish being uneven, sloppy or looking rushed but today was on a completely different level. I'm genuinely shocked that the tech looked at these nails and thought "yep, these are good enough to send her home with" The pictures speak for themselves....The cuticles are scary!!!!!! the shapes are noticeably uneven, BOTH thumbs are completely different and the French tips are inconsistent, patchy and sloppy. The lines aren't even, the polish is uneven and there are literally areas that look unfinished. this cost me $70. SEVENTY. DOLLARS. I'm not someone who expects every nail to be absolutely perfect or speak up about mistakes but there is a massive difference between having minor imperfections and paying $70 for a set that looks rushed and unfinished. What makes this even more frustrating is that I've been a customer here for a YEAR. I've continued coming back despite the smaller issues because I liked the place enough to keep giving it my business. But today genuinely made me question why I'm paying this much for work that I could have gotten done by my little cousin... I'm just in shock $70 for THIS is ridiculous. I left paying full price for nails that I'm embarrassed to show people. If you're charging $70 the quality needs to reflect $70. These absolutely do not.
