They do not talk to each other. Then someone different picks up saying they don't know anything offer to put you on hold again for someone else. You get fed up waiting for basic answers.

Everyone was nice and friendly and the optometrist was great with both me and my 18 month old daughter. I have very, very poor eyesight and she was patient with me. I'm excited that I have contacts I can actually use on a daily basis for the first time in about 5 years. Im surprised by some of the reviews since I had specialty contacts that need to be made on-demand and the office kept in great communication with me by text, email and phone. When my glasses came in, they were not pleased with the craftsmanship of the thicker bifocal lenses and called me to ask permission to send them back to the manufacturer. I've received nothing but solid communication from this office and plan to continue to use them.

Most of what they had were plain-Jane, dull gold or silver. VERY FEW (three pair) had any kind of embellishments or bling. They hade a wide selection of those cat-eye styles, which I really dislike & wont wear. I almost didn't buy my frames there and won't the next time. I will take my Rx and go elsewhere. They willingly answer any questions you have. The opticians are great at what they do and not pushy in products at all. They try to work with you for what you need and can afford. Glasses are expensive but you do get a 2 yr guarantee where you can have lenses replaced for scratches etc. have been to many different eye doctors but this is now mine and my husbands eyecare home.
