I'm used to having normal yearly eye exams but Dr. Vincze really spent a lot of time with me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my eyes and changes that are occurring. When he was done and it came time to picking out new contacts and glasses, his staff were all so accommodating and truly a pleasure to with. No pressure at all, and they have tons of options for every budget. If you're in need of a great Optometrist, I would highly recommend Dr. Vincze and his team!

The office manager Sabrina informed me that the receptionist informed of the cost Sabrina was not present at our conversation so she going back and forward with me about her training them to inform patients about the cost just because she trained them doesn't mean that they can't make a mistake. I never had the test before so I didn't know about the cost. So Sabrina rudely kept arguing with me so unprofessional I will probably never go there again I felt attacked and that she was calling me a lier. Why would I lie about that? Then the very next person she was overly nice. I guess she was having a bad day and took it out on me so unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this in my life. My family and I have been going there for over 5 years and my Eye Doctor retired this place is going down allowing patients to be rudely attacked and embarrassing Unprofessional behavior and uncalled for. I made the mistake of going to another Dr last year and regretted it. A hectic office experience & had to return several times to get the right contacts. Dr L told me the Dr had given me the wrong Rx for my glasses - which explained why I always felt like I was stepping off a cliff when I wore those glasses. Dr L has years of experience, a relaxed mannerism, full of interesting info, and is very thorough. Give him a try if you're looking for a new dr.
