I stopped in to see if they could fix them and of course, they were out of warranty... so they said they were on back order till March, but they would let me know if they came in earlier. I called to see what was happening and she said someone called me in January and I hadn't returned their call, so she said your glasses are here! so, I checked my phone before I got there and they did leave a message and I did return the call that day...When I got there, I wanted to show them my phone messages but they were not interested... So, I asked how much I owed and she said nothing and I was like OK, so I picked up the glasses in a plastic bag, and they were the broken pair... Now I did raise my voice as I think a lot of people would because why would you not call me back after a month of me using old glasses that I told them I had a hard time seeing with ... The lady in the back came out and told me to quiet down or leave but I just wanted to explain my side of the story but was told to LEAVE!! So over a month later and still no new frames... Of course, I will go somewhere and get a new pair, but I think this could have had a different ending If the customer (me) could have had a chance to tell his side of the story... Bruce

Everyone was nice and friendly and the optometrist was great with both me and my 18 month old daughter. I have very, very poor eyesight and she was patient with me. I'm excited that I have contacts I can actually use on a daily basis for the first time in about 5 years. Im surprised by some of the reviews since I had specialty contacts that need to be made on-demand and the office kept in great communication with me by text, email and phone. When my glasses came in, they were not pleased with the craftsmanship of the thicker bifocal lenses and called me to ask permission to send them back to the manufacturer. I've received nothing but solid communication from this office and plan to continue to use them.

Most of what they had were plain-Jane, dull gold or silver. VERY FEW (three pair) had any kind of embellishments or bling. They hade a wide selection of those cat-eye styles, which I really dislike & wont wear. I almost didn't buy my frames there and won't the next time. I will take my Rx and go elsewhere. They found a pair in their back room that I lOVED and I got the order made for my new glasses. I hope they see this and get a wider selection ib b/c I dont want to change.
