I took AMTRAK from Tacoma to Vancouver. We were late. The cab was waiting. I apologized for being late. He said no problem which was kind of him since he makes his living on the move, not sitting and waiting. The guy was very nice. They were priced right and efficient. Great job. Thanks! read more

Best cab company in vancouver!! Drivers are friendly and reliable! LOVE THEM!! And they have senior discounts!

We had a 8 am scheduled pickup to go to the airport. When they did not arrive i was assured they were about 10 minutes away 15 minutes later i called - they were just now on way to my place..at least 25 minutes out Poor service cancelled ride read more

I have been using Vancouver cab for close to a year as a transport to and from dialysis. In 6 years, I have never had a transportation company (medical or otherwise) that has been as great as them. They are always on time and incredibly accommodating especially considering my situation. I love that the drivers are consistent and I don't have to worry about some weirdo Uber driver. Highly recommended read more

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I am still waiting for a cab. Called them at 1 pm this afternoon to go to airport at 9pm. They are still not here. If I miss my flight. It will be on them. read more

I had the most wonderful driver tonight. He drove me from my home to Main Street Safeway, and back to my home. I would 100% recommend them to all my friends, and family to use this service. I can, and will use their service again, and again. Amazing drivers so very friendly, and helpful. Awesome company to use! read more

I have used their services the past 3 times I have had to travel to PDX airport. Really nice LOCAL cab drivers who are ALWAYS PLEASANT AND ON TIME. It's a locally owned cab company who really delivers customer service and prompt service. More people who use their services need to write nice reviews so they can avoid other horrible taxi services. I will only use Vancouver Cab Company from now on! I made the mistake of using another cab service when I got picked-up at the airport. Never again. read more

The cab driver was really friendly. He was on time and got me to the airport at a reasonable price. It was cheaper than an Uber.

I will never use this company again. I see why people use Uber and I will be doing that myself. They say they will be there at a time then show up early the sow how late. Wth read more

So new years Eve we were trying to get an Uber or Lyft. Wait times and prices were ridiculous. We decided to call Vancouver Cab. Omg. We will never use Uber or Lyft again. Thank you Megan for our ride out and David for our ride home. You guys were amazing. You guys will be our first choice always. Thanks again. Robert. read more

Can not say enough about this company and especially driver, Dave M. We live in far NE Vancouver and got hit with about 6 inches of snow today. My mother in law has dialysis on Saturdays but we couldn't drive her. When I called to see about a ride I was told the company had decided not to have any cars out since the roads were so bad. When they found out the reason we needed the ride they called Dave and he agreed to come get her and get her back home. Who does that?? I know who to call the next time I need a cab! read more

''We called the evening before to acquire a cab to take us to the PDX airport early on August 3rd for our scheduled flight to Miami Florida!'' Our taxi arrived on time at our home in Salmon Creek at 3 A.M. The driver was polite friendly and helpful as he loaded our luggage for us. We caught our flight to Miami to make connections for our ship to go cruising the Caribbean! We had a wonderful time! Vancouver Taxi was the key and start of our adventure!'' 5 Stars***** And a thanks to Vancouver Cab. read more

I love to support local business, but Vancouver Cab Company seems to have real trouble, not with drivers, but with the staff working dispatch. Twice I have called for a cab with more than 24 hours notice, only to await the cab, then call because it is late, and then find out that dispatch never properly entered the job into the system, or entered a "PM" time when I said "AM" after THEY REPEATED THE CORRECT TIME BACK TO ME ON THE PHONE. UNBELIEVABLE. Today, Uber could not find our location, so we called Vancouver Cab. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes, and it was actually 30 minutes. The driver said "We are running 10 minutes behind," which is fine, except for the part where the dispatcher said "15 minutes." TELL THE TRUTH OR SHUT UP. Three times now Vancouver has messed up the truth with me. Unacceptable. read more

Had a good ride to the airport in Vancouver Cab. Driver was early to pick us up, helped with bags & didn't scare the heck out of us on the drive! All for less than it would have been with Uber or Lyft. I checked! We will use Vancouver Cab again! read more

worst ever ever ever cab company, unavailabe for pickups during the work week due to "school pickups" tried again today, 2/26/2023 and they promised 530 pm, called and said 630 pm, and then at 620 pm with just minutes to make it to my flight check in, they called and said 45 minutes more. wortheless completely awful useless business in the history of cab companies. i would rather walk (and pretty much will have to), avoid at all costs like the plague, rabies, and covid rolled into one. the dispatcher phoenix basically told me to f myself because i was going to miss the flight. wonderful read more

This cab company is the best, very friendly and helpful. They took us to Portland airport from our boat dock for a better than average rate. The driver was excellent, he helped us get our baggage up to the Avis car rental desk. My wife left her camera in the cab and we didn't realize it until we were a 100 miles away, we live in Kansan. I contacted them they found the camera and shipped it to our home. Jennifer was exceptional, she is the manager. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again. read more

Most of the drivers are all very nice and punctual however, the dispatcher is another story. I ride with them often and have recently been put off by her. Called for a cab in the morning and told she couldn't get anyone to me until 5-5:30 pm! No explanation, just stated as though it was normal. Another time she quoted rate much higher than the drivers charged me. The most upsetting was a different day when I was waiting for her to call me to tell me when my cab was on its way. I had my phone right next to me and no call for over 40 minutes so I called her back and she went OFF on me saying she called me five times and I didn't answer!! I assured her she must have dialed the wrong number as my phone never rang. I was nice and said I'm sorry that happened and asked if my taxi was on its way. She responded with. "I'm not about to send my driver out to get someone whose NOT answering their phone! She then said I'll give you a call in 15-20 minutes to let you know when they will be there. I waited, phone in hand and the phone did ring and it was her. The minute I picked up she said "okay, this is the second time again, I'm having to call you" but begrudgingly said driver would be here in 30 minutes. I wanted to say forget it but I had to get to store to pick up my granddaughter's gift for birthday following day. Finally, after nearly an hour and half of this mess, I get my taxi. He was a very nice man and dropped me at location saying he'd be back to get me in one hour and he said to call dispatcher if I needed him sooner. Well, unbeknownst to me, I walked in the door ten minutes before closing. I raced around store, purchased gift but had no time to get other items I needed. Ended up sitting outside in pitch dark while every employee drove off. Since it was past the time driver should have been there I called the number the dispatcher last called me on my phone and asked if she could ask my driver if he could come pick me up as he was a little late (I didn't complain) her response was, "Told him, he should be there in 20 minutes." So as I'm sitting in vacant parking lot at night alone and I get one last text from dispatcher telling me not to call her on this line as it is her PERSONAL line, not the company's! Sorry so long, I just disappointed as I like the drivers, I tip very well but I'm tired of the attitude of this dispatcher and will be using another cab company from now on. (I did tell them e driver to please tell dispatcher that the reason all of her calls to me didn't ring on my phone was due to fact she called from Anonymous line and the reason last one came through is because she called with visible tophone number) Awesome drivers but beware of this woman's antics and price gauging. read more

Anthony was amazing accommodating and friendly. He was awesome!!! Keep this guy around he's good for business!!!

Decent cab company with nice drivers, clean cabs and good communication (a driver ran late one time and they called to let me know). I have used their service five or six times to go from Vancouver to the airport or downtown Portland. Their vehicles are usually clean and well-maintained although I have been in one van that was questionable and smelled bad. If you have to pay for a taxi, I think Vancouver Cab is probably one of the better ones in town. read more

I called the morning of my flight and was picked up within 15 minutes! The cab driver warned me that it was unusual to get a cab to the airport so quick and that I should call ahead at least the night before. He got me to the airport quickly and efficiently. They are lifesavers! read more

We called for a pickup in Washougal last nigh at about 11PM. Told it would be 1 1/2 hour before someone could get there. Well, the driver was able to make it in a 1/2 hour, which was great. Was willing to wait a few moments for us, since we were caught a little off guard by the early arrival. Easy drive home to Vancouver, always used the quickest routes. Thank you! read more

Like this Cab company alot! Have never had a situation where I called n couldn't get a cab. Customer service gals are really nice and made sure if my cab was gonna be delayed, I got a call right away! Fare is very reasonable! Thanks V. C. read more

We called the night before and arranged a 545 pick up time and the drive never made it because his gps took him to the wrong side of town. We called twice to make sure that he would be on time to get us to the airport and each time were told that he should be just pulling in. Then we got a call back saying he was at the wrong address. Needless to say we said cancel the cab, jumped in our car and hustled to make our flight. Not calling them again that's for sure. read more

I called to book a cab for my daughter and service dog. They quoted me $32 knowing I have a service dog. When the cab pulled up the guy said I had to pay an extra $10 for my service dog. He said he is an independent cab contractor and he makes the rules. Not only did he not help Amanda load our heavy bags but he set his seat back not giving my daughter any leg room or any room at all because he had his seat reclined. When he got to the airport he did''t help us with our bags. This is the first time in a very long time that I didn't tip. I know I will use a different cab company! read more

The ride itself was pretty cheap. They told me my cab would be there in 20 minutes to pick me up and it took 45. Friendly driver.

I was in an emergency situation and needed a CAB ASAP. The cab was there in 10 minutes and took me to Portland PDX for my flight. The dispatcher was very friendly in the phone. Thank you very much for such fast response time and the ride to the airport. I would recommend this can company to everyone. read more

My wife and I were visiting Portland/Vancouver for an event held on Sauvie Island, 25 miles from our Vancouver hotel and remote enough to be outside Lyft's perimeters. (Uber was also unavailable.) When I arrived at the Vancouver Amtrak Station last night it was freezing and dark and late, and I just didn't want to struggle through the 3-bus-ride trek (with three pieces of luggage plus my cat in her carrier) to get to Battle Ground. So I decided to treat myself to a taxi. The driver was Randy, and what a treat he was. He quoted a reasonable flat rate. He helped me with my luggage at the start and the finish. He was courteous and fun and professional. Not only did I get a safe, comfortable, warm ride, but I also was entertained by Randy's stories and enlightened by his tips and reviews of the Vancouver/Battle Ground area. It was like being guided by a knowledgeable ambassador, and when I arrived in Battle Ground I felt like I was in a good place, both spiritually and physically. Sappy? Maybe, but it's true! :^) read more

The 3 times i've used this cab company, they've been on time, approachable, know the area, polite on the phone and very professional. Other companies I had to tell the driver where to go step by step; and i'm not from the area. This company, so far, excellent service. I had Kenny as a driver. Very nice. Wait times were minimal and whenever I scheduled a ride ahead of time, they were always at my house 5-10 minutes early. read more
