This company is a disgrace and I will make sure everybody knows it. He's also kind of creepy. I'm talking about the son of the owner. He also agreed that he would illegally put my children in the car and me once when he gave us a ride home from Shaws. Then when I texted him to get his attention, he was totally rude and said he was gonna charge me $110 cause he would have to make multiple trips. He did not show any remorse or apologize for leaving me in my disabled kid abandoned in Lebanon. I hope you see this Joe Junior and I hope you stop doing what you're doing. You're a terrible person.

I picked it up on August 11th, I believe the woman working is named Kathy? Things were a little hectic for her, she was by herself and someone had quit that morning, but she had the keys for me in just a couple of minutes and told me exactly how much gas to buy before returning it so that I would have the same amount of gas in the tank at return. It's unlikely I would need a car here again, but if I did I would definitely be back to Avis

They broke my door on my driver side when that wasn't even in the same area as the thing they were fixing. Instead of admitting wrong, or even trying to upsell a new blower motor they just put it back together broken and gave it to me. I've noticed a lot of people in reviews saying their service department sucks, that's a major understatement. Unsure what's going on with this service department but I'm taking my fleet of 10 Toyotas elsewhere to get worked on. Will not be returning. The "inn" is their home and you rent rooms in their home. That may be fine for some people but not…read moreothers, including myself. The caretakers live in the basement of the property. They will ask you all kinds of questions during your "stay". I specifically told them, because they are always around in their kitchen and living room, I was leaving my dog in my room while I went on a hike. They said they wanted to get him out and that it was OK for him to run around. Well, he is a small, delicate and rambunctious chihuahua that can easily, accidentally get hurt and I told them I wanted him left in my room. When I came back from my hike I discovered the owners had gone into my room as the door between the bathroom and room was left open (I had left with it closed) and the rugs were shifted. And my dog was not in the quarantined space I had created for him to be in while I was out of the room. How do I know what happened to him? The owners treat this inn as their home because that's what it is and apparently they will do whatever they want. At real hotels you can hang a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and not worry. If this place had signs to hang they would say We Will Enter Your Room Without Permission Even When You Ask Us Not To Because This Is Our Personal Home. According to New Hampshire law they should be making it clear that they live there prior to making a reservation so this needs to be reported. In response to Sheila- your comments to your negative reviews give insight into your character. If you truly do care about customer satisfaction you would make it clear on your website that you are renting out rooms in a home. That would ensure the comfort of all of your guests.
