Theres not many spots in this area to eat good authentic latin food. We decided to try it out. The service was not all that great , not sure if the girl was new but she completely forgot about my order. The food was ok, I am not going to say it was bad but I have had better. The drinks were very weak, and mostly juice. I wouldn't return to dine in, maybe take it to go.

When we visit Florida, we always want to have at least one Cuban meal. This was our choice in Naples and it was a good one. The Mojo pork was filled with flavor. The Ropa Vieja was excellent. Each entrée came with two sides. My husband particularly enjoyed his plantains. We ate outside, which was a plus.

If you are in the mood for cuban food this place is a must stop! I ordered a cuban sandwich. It was delicious. Honestly probably the best cuban sandwich i've ever had. Sides do not come with the sandwich so you do have to order that separately. The ambience is nice. They have a small outside eating area that's perfect for a nice day. Dogs are also allowed on the outside patio. Service was good. I would recommend stopping by for lunch if in the Naples area!

Outstanding. We stopped at the restaurant for an early dinner. The restaurant is located in a strip mall with an ample amount of parking. We all got mojitos which were okay. We also shared a starter of beef empanadas which were very tasty, crispy and perfectly seasoned. Traditional Cuban soup with garbanzo beans was a riot - if you like soups, this dish would make you happy. Seasoning, flavor, taste - superb. My main dish was seafood mix, which was again well seasoned and tasty. I also had an opportunity to try roasted pork chunks (Masitas de Puerco) - amazing, and Bistec de Pollo which was very tasty. Yellow rice was very good. My favorite side dish was Fried Yuca - superb flavor and taste. Both chocolate and regular Tres Leches were tasty, and Cuban coffee was strong and sweet. Excellent service, prompt and friendly. Definitely recommended.

The meal was delicious & our server Jaime was great! I got plantains; they were some of the best I've had (no pic). We sat outside & enjoyed that ambiance.

A Hidden Gem in Downtown Naples -- Don't Sleep on This Place!…read more I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing -- the outside patio was at full capacity. I asked for a seat at the bar, and even though space is very limited, the staff went above and beyond to find me one. That kind of effort on a packed afternoon says a lot about this team. The bartender was phenomenal -- attentive, warm, and somehow managed to make every single person at that busy bar feel like they were the only guest in the restaurant. The whole staff carried that same energy. They were also wonderfully descriptive about the daily specials and menu offerings, which made ordering a pleasure rather than a guessing game. I decided to try the crab cake, and I'm so glad I did. I grew up on the East Coast eating crab, and I've had my fair share -- I've long held that Phillips in Maryland made the gold standard. I am happy to report that Captain & Crew has dethroned them in my book. This crab cake was pure lump crab meat, not overpowered by fillers or seasoning. You could actually taste the crab. The accompaniments they served alongside it elevated the whole dish even further. Thoroughly impressed. The wine pairings were equally well-curated. I took the staff's recommendations and they absolutely nailed it. A heads-up for first-timers: parking is the one small challenge. There's no convenient lot right there, so you may need to use a parking garage and walk over. Honestly? Embrace it. If you're already in Downtown Naples, it's a beautiful stroll that perfectly sets the mood before you arrive. Captain & Crew is a true hidden gem. Many people come for the fresh seafood market, but don't overlook the restaurant side -- it's absolutely worth your time. Highly recommend.

After sitting down, we started reviewing the menu and saw so many interesting items that it was difficult to choose. Fortunately, our server noticed we were struggling and she offered to help navigate us through our meal. Our goal was to sample a variety of options, but not to over order. And we accomplished just that! We started with some Stone Crabs, then some Peel & Eat Shrimp, then my wife and I shared an entree of Blackened Grouper with sides of fries and coleslaw, where we also added a few scallops. Delicious! We thought we were done, but our server informed us of the excellent Key Lime pie. We had room to share one slice, and we are so happy we did! It was excellent. A great balance of tartness and sweetness. We look forward to returning!

I literally cannot say enough good things about our experience at Hogfish Harry's!…read more For my first visit, my husband and I came for lunch one day while vacationing in Naples about two weeks ago. Our server was also the bartender (Jordan) who was extremely welcoming and super friendly. We told her it was our first time there and she gave us the rundown about the menu and some of the local favorites. We got a coconut shrimp appetizer which was delicious and my blackened grouper Caesar salad was beyond divine. I'm so glad I went with that fish option over the mahi. The grouper was extremely fresh, and the portion size was huge! My husband ordered the mahi-mahi Neuben (I.e. Ruben) which he said was surprisingly good! We also tried a few of the signature cocktails, which to my surprise came in tiki glasses! I absolutely love when a drink comes in fun glassware! Our experience at lunch was so great that we raved about it to our family. Which resulted in us coming back the very next day, but for dinner. We had 24 people in our party! I don't think that we would've been able to do this during peak season so if you're looking to bring a large group, definitely go off - season! Our server for the 24 person dinner with Sam and she was also beyond wonderful! She was our only server and somehow managed to wrangle a table full of chatty adults and six children! Kudos to her! Everything we ordered came out amazing! I absolutely loved the Maine Lobster Salad! Came with a huge portion of lobster, which, for the price was really great! The restaurant has an absolutely wonderful ambience and we were so impressed with the experience, the staff and the food considering this was our first time visiting. They're a bit tucked away inside of a private resort, but since they're open till the public, they do have appropriate signage for the location and it's pretty easy to find. Overall, both dining experiences were absolutely wonderful and I beyond recommend visiting Hogfish Harry's if you're ever in the Naples area. 10/10 recommend!
