Initially he seemed interested and able to get my project under way. However, beyond this I was largely ignored by Mouir. I thought we had started my project which had a time deadline. For the next 6 weeks I could not contact him. Despite phone calls to the office and an apparent secretary promising he would return my call that day. I NEVER got a call back. I sent e-mails which went unanswered until I sent an e-mail that I would be looking elsewhere to get my project done. He then sent an e-mail with one simple drawing with no explanation. In an attempt to speak with him I went to his office which is not his office but an office he uses when he meets with new clients. A person who was at that office address, not his business, said he could not remember the last time he was in the office nor did he have any method to contact Mr. El-Koussa. I finally got another architect in Santa Barbara who did not even know who Mr. El-Koussa was. The next communication from Mr. El-Koussa was a bill.
